Amazing stay at Ijen Transito!Very nice room and excellent service, especially if you want to go visit Mt Ijen and Mt Bromo because you can organise everything with the owner very easily!!He’s a very nice and polite guy and will do everything he can to make your trip easy 👍🏻I highly recommend !!

The location is very close to the Ketapang train station and the crossing port, very accessible on foot. Near Indomaret, there are also food stalls and grocery stalls nearby. Near elementary school too, bonus for those who like kid's snacks.The guest house is neatly clean, the rooms have clean sheets with blankets, the AC is cold, the bathroom is also clean, the water is clean. If you want to ask for an additional power plug, just say so. There is a garage that can be used to park motorbikes or cars. Inside the guest house there is a prayer room, a mosque is also close to you so you can have a safe Friday, guys.His father is super friendly. You can ask about Banyuwangi tourism, you can directly order a tour to Ijen or Menjangan Island directly through your father. Then you will be picked up directly at the guest house and taken to the tour location.Highly recommended 👍

In the Booking reservation it said that the room had Air Conditioning, but when we arrived it didn't. Likewise, the Booking reservation said that it had breakfast, but when we arrived they told us no, not even paying. We asked him for hot water to make some sachet coffees that we had and he reluctantly gave it to us. The room has uncovered windows, so mosquitoes eat you at night. The room was full of ants. There is no hot water. It's very cheap, but I don't think it's worth it. It's worth paying a little more for a better place.ANSWER: I see that the owner has not understood the problem. On Booking we reserved a room WITH air conditioning and WITH breakfast. When we arrived there was neither of them. Probably the information that the owner entered in Booking is incorrect and he does not know it.

Very polite and reliable reception from the owner of the guesthouse, I walked there from Ketapang harbor for about 10 minutes in the evening, was quickly checked into a very clean room and booked a trip to Iljen Blue fire at midnight on the same day for the equivalent of around €20 (includes hotel transfer, a tour guide and the necessary equipment). I can only warmly recommend this tour because after the pleasant ride, the entertaining tour guide showed both the rest of the group and me breathtaking places on these mountains at sunrise and also seemed very talented at building our small, friendly tour group as a community. The driver's vehicle was extremely clean, we were treated very politely and were picked up and dropped off on time. The local driver discreetly explained to us some extremely interesting features of the towns we passed along the way. This experience was unique and very easy.Everything is within walking distance from this hotel, the Ketapang train station is also about a 5-minute walk away and the immediate area is extremely interesting to explore. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, but delicious food is also served on site for a small additional charge.Thank you for your hospitality and this wonderful time with you, I would be happy to come back

Good value for money and the owner is friendly. I slept in a room with a shared bathroom. The rooms are clean and you can stay in a private room at a hostel-like price. In fact, it was cheaper than nearby hostels. I took a tour of Mt. Ijen through the owner here, and the guide was really friendly and knew the customer's needs well.

The Ijen Transito Homestay completely convinced us. It is just a 5-minute walk from Ketapang Station. It is located on a quiet side street right next to a school. The center and the harbor can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. A perfect starting point to cross to Gilimanuk (Bali). The Ijen tour was the highlight of our trip so far and can be booked directly with the homestay owner at an unbeatable price. Everything went smoothly. The guides were very nice, funny and concerned about our safety. What impressed us most was the owner's commitment. He is a very helpful man who fulfills his guests' every wish and finds a solution for everything. He also organized a cheap and, above all, good driver for us from Gilimanuk. Quick response, even helped to be picked up from the front of the port to the location. Overall the place is clean, the father is friendly, the rooms are clean, for standard use a fan and you can go outside. Facilities are provided with blankets and towels.Very helpful for waiting for the morning train departure schedule.Stay healthy and always successful
