The hotel is on a side street. Easy to miss. The first impression was shocking. The second confirmed it. No reception. Key was left in a box. I didn't know. Had to make a phone call afterwards. A large living room with a kitchenette, hardly usable because of the heat. The air conditioning was old and weak. Bedroom a little better because it's smaller. The pictures promise a lot and look very good. A deception

Got a free upgrade to a superior room at arrival. (Nice suprise) Only issue is that the sink stinks.(this can be solved ofcourse. Great value for the price.The tiles in the bathroom need a bit of cleaning.The microfiber towels are fantastic. Nice big rooms.

Room canceled Confirmation we booked in AgodaClaims that we didn't confirm. We arrived at 9:30 p.m. Just opened and looked at the mail. I feel very bad. Many calls were not answered. Sent a message saying the room is full.

I stayed at this place a few nights in the past. Unfortunately, the owner has zero talent managing this place, the complains are all due to the lack of her management skills. I had problems each time I stayed there. Absolutely stay away from this place. She gives an ugly large room upstairs, not the same with pictures.

Can't contact staff When the employee contacted me, he spoke badly. Claiming to be a hotel manager The hotel condition is like it hasn't been cleaned. no security Anyone can go in and out without the staff taking care of them. They claim that they just opened after Covid. But if you're not ready, don't open it. The owner should change the system and staff. Recommend going somewhere else.

Paid 600 baht for a large room but did not allow the use of air conditioning. Do not move the extra mattress. If you want to move, please notify the staff, but the staff did not inform you of the rules at all. but unable to contact staff Only a few lights can be turned on. Rent a large room but use only a fan lighter than number 1. Accommodates 3-4 people, has 1 blanket. Very difficult to call. It's good, but the message asking for a fine is very, very bad.

*I almost don't want to give any stars. It's not very good. Can't contact anything To request extra blankets and pillows, they couldn't contact me at all. And the fan is very light. So what's the point of the air conditioner covering it with tape? If you can't use it, you should tell the customer from the beginning. And the light bulb didn't light at all. I contacted them and they said it was already light, customers? Really? I'm asking. Why didn't you tell me not to do anything from the beginning? Why would you send it to the end? And at Santi Pran, there are no employees downstairs. Moreover, there is a water heater installed but cannot be used to take a cold shower. Why keep it on? I don't know what to do. Good, but the room is just that big.

The room is ok forThe price is not too far from UD Town. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and dishes. The room is well proportioned. If staying for several days, it's a good savings. There's parking.

Booked through Agoda. In the picture the accommodation is not as described. When I went to check in I was taken to walk behind a different place. Very bad. Before checking in I had to call the owner of the accommodation myself and the owner would follow the housekeeper again and wait a very long time. In summary, on that day, changing accommodations was unacceptable.

Reservation via Agoda Post it in the standard room, complete payment. When really arrived, claiming that the room is full, but there are less than 10 cars parked as we observed both the evening we checked in and the morning of the other day which is unlikely to be full. The host said that sms Reservations do not alert, is it our fault? But let the housekeeper go to arrange the room at the big old wooden house for us before we come again. Say not to see sms but like knowing that we will not come smooth at all, as if the apartment was available but didn't let us to stay. Let us go to stay in a big wooden house next to the storage room, which we only come for 2 people. The house is quite old and haunted and then painted again. It seems like the owner of the old dormitory. There are 2 bedrooms. Lay the mattress in the room where the floor of the board seems to decay and will break the door of the old room. The good thing is the strong wifi, cool air, but if anyone hit me the same way and just go to stay in a big wooden house, only 1-2 people, do not recommend at all.
