Complete facilities, available daily, weekly and monthly. Very comfortable and safe. If you've been here for a long time, you'll definitely feel at home. The caretakers, Mr. Hadi and Mrs. Ani, are like my own parents to me, both of them are very kind and caring. Thank you very much

The rooms are quite nice and new. Big screen TV. But cleanliness and facilities are lacking. There are no drinks and toiletries (towels, soap, etc.). The stall is far from the location. Not suitable as a hotel. Boarding house standards.

The room is complete, mattress, cupboard, TV, dressing table, refrigerator. Hot water works well.I happened to arrive early in the morning and was confused because there were no signboards and the gate was closed. Got the top floor room at the very end (no. 1) and in the morning it was really hot because it was on the east side so even though the AC was on, I still sweated when I slept.The condition of the bathroom is not maintained and cannot be closed from the inside. Refrigerator not working.Overall acceptable for emergency stay.

The names of the guards are Pa Hadi and Bu Ani (a couple), they are friendly to the boarding house residents. The place is clean, comfortable, has AC, cable TV around 42". There is a refrigerator, dressing table, mini TV table. Then the bathroom is clean, has hot water, has a shower and a sitting toilet. So there are no ladles or buckets.24 hour daily rental fee: 200k including electricity token. If it's 600k per week, exclude electricity tokens. I don't know if it's monthly :xThe environment is equipped with CCTV. So far it's safe.For breakfast I often order from Mrs. Ani, home-cooked food, the main menu is fried tofu, tempeh, then sometimes fried pindang, egg/chicken balado. Corn fritters. Or the menu can be according to request. Including making coffee.There are also free snacks provided.You can also ask for help with laundry (the laundry person will call you later).Asking Hadi to accompany you (car taxi) can also be adjusted at an adjusted price.Anyway, that's great.Oh yes, the location is near the beach, 6 minutes walk.
