The room I got was very dirty, dusty, looked like it had never been cleaned. the bathroom is full of Kamitetep insects and spiders making you lazy to shower or just urinate. The owner / management doesn't seem to care, even though just visiting the room will make it clear that the room is not worth renting.It's a shame considering the location is actually strategic.

room 212 doesn't have a shower, dirty bathroom, dirty balcony, lots of monkeys... the bathroom shower faucet and bathtub don't work so you can't shower...

Old hotel but according to the price, very strategic location, it is recommended to choose the superior king room type with a balcony. For those who want to swim, you can swim at the ThreeB Hotel (in front of it) and pay 10 thousand. Because this is an old hotel and poorly maintained, you can't have high expectations. Like the bathroom which is not very clean.

When you first entered the location it was a bit confusing, and it turned out that there were several levels of rooms (not buildings rising upwards) because the land was like a slope...The parking area is spacious, but it's quiet because the surrounding area is uninhabited. And be careful, there are lots of monkeys peeping in the bedroom window ๐ and like other people's information, every morning the monkeys will wander around the roof area and make noise ๐ฅบ it's quite an alarm..The room we chose was a suite, because we wanted a bathtub. Spacious but too little hot water. There is no wifi, and it is difficult to order food from outside (but you can walk to the restaurant above or to the main road). There are also sawangs in the bathroom and it's not really clean, KM ๐The service was very minimal and the human resources were mediocre, but what I appreciated was that when we left our ring on the headboard of the room, the staff immediately responded when we called and were willing to help so that the ring could be returned to us (even though we had already checked out). Very grateful for the honesty and thoroughness of the Grand Hill hotel staff. ๐ I give it 5 stars, I hope the owner will see and immediately improve it so that in the future it will be more successful and will be favored by people, especially for transit, the location is really suitable... The strategies and views are very beautiful. โค๏ธ
