Actually the villa is quite clean but there is no prayer room, the room is narrow and it is quite difficult to pray and it is not in the direction of the Qibla. The bathroom doesn't have warm water, there's no faucet, just a shower. There's no sink.

The building is nice from the outside, inside it looks like a boarding house, it's not airtight, so the sound from outside is really noisy. The cleaning service, when you are cleaning the room after checkout, you can't relax and pull the mattress, it's really noisy.

For a price of almost 600 thousand, the villa type is expensive. Very small room. So sorry for a review like this. No breakfast (smg next inc breakfast yes) No Pool access. Same as the bathroom, it's a bit less safe if you bring your child to the stone place (shower). Next, fill in the laundry bag, OK (crackle) Cm which is correct" the bathroom problem has to be fixed because the stone steps are super duper slippery. Danger. Hopefully the future will get better, thank you

The service is very friendly, starting from the receptionist, cleaning service, room service, everything is friendly.It's just a shame that there are only a few rooms with AC, and the location is inside a housing complex so it's a bit difficult to find them.

FIRST IMPRESSION OF STAYING HERE1. The room is clean, the bed is good, it doesn't make your back hurt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️2. The wifi didn't reach room B (junior suite room). I was really disappointed that I couldn't connect at all, but luckily I brought my own wifi ⭐️3. We weren't told about the welcome drink if we got it, finally the next morning I asked for it (I was staying there for 2 days) I THINK I JUST GOT SNACKS AND 2 BOTTLES OF DRINKING WATER IN THE ROOM 🫣🫣🫣. ⭐️⭐️4. The faucet in the toilet is very smallThe shower is also small, the water is a bit difficult to wash hair for girls with long hair ⭐️⭐️5. Park the car outside ⭐️6. The receptionist is very friendly⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️NB: FOR OWNERS, PLEASE REPAIR AND PAY ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS SO THAT THEY WILL BE BETTER IN THE FUTURE🙏 THANK YOU 🙏
