We arrived in a deserted place with no indication. Coming down to the water platform we found the employees smoking. Unprepared room, trash cans full of waste, AC broken in a room whose cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired. On site we learned that the mention of private bathroom that we saw on booking is not correct: instead you have shared toilets in a state of undesirable properties with the sink which drains directly into the sea. While the room was being prepared for us, we were talking to the owner, as soon as she finished her cigarette she left for the sea...We ask if it is possible to rent a scooter, because at the port all the rental companies offer them but on reserve. No worries, he calls a friend, we are asked if we want 2 small ones or a medium, for 3 days and we are told the price. Everything is ok we pay everything but error: no writing was given to us nor helmet because "there is no police". And we are obviously on fuel reserve. When night falls we realize that the curtain in our room hides nothing, we can see everything in it from the outside.Breakfast is included but the mi goreng is served cold from who knows when due to the dryness of the rice.To end in apotheosis, on the day of our departure, a man and then a second follow us during our last shopping trips in town to tell us that the scooter is theirs. Arrived at the port, one of them shows us papers to say that the scooter is his and that we must pay him what we owe in addition to the 150K expected, 300K for the other 2 days supposedly was not planned. The man who doesn't speak English gives us his son on the phone, who tells us that we exchanged on WhatsApp together, when in fact we didn't at all. A total scam for tourists.TO RUN AWAY!

Where to start... we arrived at a hotel occupied by locals who were not even aware of our arrival, they put us in a dirty room with the air conditioning broken, no private bathroom as indicated on the site but also dirty common toilets, moreover the privacy remains to be reviewed because the window of our room opens onto the terrace where the other occupants of the premises spend their day, sound insulation non-existent, breakfast formula not respected, the place is polluted, the owner throws his cigarette butts into the sea in front of us without embarrassment, the food is served cold.To finish, the pompom on the cake, we rented a medium sized scooter, namely a 125cm3, the owner called a friend of his who dropped off the scooter and asked us to pay R150,000 for 3 days of rental. We paid the amount as well as the hotel night, no receipt was issued.he explains to us that it is possible to leave the scooter in front of the port boarding dock in order to avoid bringing it back to the hotel on the last day and taking a taxi. Here comes the big day, we leave the scooter at the port parking lot and a person comes to us and asks us to pay the two additional days for the scooter, namely R300,000.After a heated exchange of around twenty minutes, we managed to reach the boat without paying the requested amount.I strongly advise against this hotel and what we leave this magnificent island on a bitter note.

The photos do not match reality. The room is sparse (1 bed), but the shared bathroom is not recommended. You get 1 towel per person for 5 days? And per bed there is a kind of bedspread that functions as a blanket.Breakfast is very good.Restaurant/bar closed, no working refrigerator? You are a 30-minute drive from the center, which is not easy if your requested scooter only arrives a day later. The owner eventually offered his motorcycle for us to pick up (family consisting of 4 people). There is no normal communication like only with translate. If you don't like it, you can leave too?Anyway, everything was fully booked, and in the end we agreed with an intermediary that the only compensation would be 1 scooter from the house.Anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet and a beautiful view should definitely go here. But do you want the minimum likeBlankets, clean towels and a private bathroom should definitely be left out.

We arrived in a deserted place. We went to look for the staff who were smoking and drinking coffee in the lower part of the guesthouse, located on the water at high tide. The employee came to clean the room, trash cans are full around it. We are the only two tourists. Nothing has been prepared. an AC that works and the TV is gone...the restaurant is closed. No meals nearby, you have to take the scooter. 30 minsAt breakfast included, no room. We are placed at the table with the food offered. All tables are taken except one. That of the employee who smokes and drinks his coffee while seated at this table while we are constantly disturbed by people who come to have breakfast....the employee tells me that powdered coffee is chargeable, not tea. For breakfast included...a first in Indonesia. I say that this right is lost, or in perdition. To swim, see fish, it's the desert. The tide uncovers the seabed and it is only sand and some seagrass. In short, it’s expensive and pitiful
