The room was ok. I arrived late at night and was too lazy to search and looked on Google but couldn't find much detail. The condition of the room was an old room, renovated, satisfactory, about four stars, not very good, but not bad. The standard bedroom condition is probably the most worth paying.

Reserve a VIP room and get a clogged toilet with light water flow.The door doesn't close properly, the refrigerator is broken, the towels smell bad. The VIP is just a big room.

The location is a little lonely. The front door closes very quickly. Mom, 2 minutes late, has to walk around to the back door. The room is spacious. The door at the back of the room can't be closed. Have to change one room per room. The air conditioner is very cold. The bathroom probably hasn't been renovated yet. It's very old.

I feel very bad. We will reserve to go to our sister's graduation ceremony. We called to reserve a room at 1 p.m., and the employee informed us that there was only 1 room left, so we reserved it. The employee informed us that they would come pick up the room at 4:30 p.m. We're getting ready to go get a room. Push us to call to cancel. Then he gave the reason that he couldn't call us. Even though there was no message showing whether there was a call or not. Then came and said that the room had already been given to someone else.

The room is big, but the price isn't that big. Wide and convenient parking But the hotel is a bit mysterious. I came in and it was hard to find something to eat.... When I called to make a reservation, I told her that I'd better buy something to eat too.... but I was stubborn, haha. I'll go out and find it later.

Located near Udon Rajabhat Asked why there are so many stars, at this price it is considered very good value. There is a parking lot, a spacious room, clean, and a good location. There is also breakfast of steamed rice and one side of rice, toast, and coffee. Good.

Stayed on the 2nd floor. I was secretly annoyed that the bathroom was a bit cramped and the bathroom rail was next to the shower. I took a shower and the water splashed all over the cloth that was draped over the railing. 🤣🤣 I don't know if the bathrooms are cramped on other floors or not.

This time I feel bad!!! with receiving room service We came in on April 28, 2023 at 7:38 p.m. The employee was probably hungry. His face twisted and his voice sounded hostile. It was our own fault that we pressed the wrong bed. But we didn't use a bad tone while asking for information. I would like the hotel owner to take care of this matter for the employees as well. As someone who always stays here when coming to Udon Thani city. This time the employees were not impressed. This criticism is not in order to destroy the reputation in any way. But it is proposed to make improvements. Thank you if you will listen.

Overall it is considered ok, but the balcony is very dirty, there is a problem with bird droppings. The elevator may be stuck on and off sometimes. The price is not too high, including breakfast is considered ok.
