Simply relax! 2 different boat trips with snorkeling and deserted islands. And the hosts are incredibly helpful, the food is very varied and very good!

We had reserved a room for four people two months ago, we arrived and they told us that our room is occupied because the other guests had extended their stay, they gave us the solution of a bed for four people with a duvet on the floor (no mattress), a big disappointment... They indicate that it is in front of the beach (dirty, neglected and with a bad smell) Adding to that there is no wifi and the staff does not speak English is a big mistake, I would not recommend it to anyone greetings!

Asari Timo welcomed us with open arms. They are small cabins with a private beach in the north of the island of Karimunjawa. Soffian and her family treated us very well and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Samri, the mother,'s food is delicious and varied. The best we tried on the entire trip. Soffian, the eldest son, showed us the best places on the island and took us snorkeling. We saw Nemo! Although it may not have the “European luxury” of other resorts, it is authentic and full of charm. The location is perfect if you prefer tranquility and more “virgin” spaces. From Asari Timo beach you can see the sunrise and a 5-minute walk takes you to the other side of the island, where you can enjoy the sunset. We will fondly remember the days we spent here. Recommended 10/10

Even by Indonesian standards, the family is very warm and you have a wistful feeling when you leave. The food is exceptionally good. Alek, the teacher, organizes everything wonderfully, Dien, the daughter, is clever and puts you in a good mood. Otherwise it is very quiet and relaxing there, but also 20 km away from Karimun. The cottages are very simple, have a fan, shower and toilet. Not everyone has a mosquito net. Swimming is difficult. Alek got us a wonderful and long snorkeling tour with Dien and Fahrull (Losala Travel).

Asari and her husband Adnan are really nice people and welcoming hosts. Asari is a great home cook. The cottages are located on a quiet beach in a small friendly village. There are other beaches you can walk to nearby. The best way to get to Asari Timo is to hire a scooter in town for the duration of your stay, it's a 20km ride - and well worth the effort. Staying here was the most memorable part of our trip to Karimunjawa.

This place is amazing and the family runing it is so lovely. I arrived to Karimunjawa looking for a peaceful place to recover from loosing my voice and this was the perfect spot. They fed me the best food i've tried in indonesia (I am veggie) and they were very kind and took good care of me. Thank you :)
