The place is comfortable, clean, the service is friendly, the theme of the accommodation is like a boarding house... Strategic for looking for food, the atmosphere is nice, quiet, not too noisy, hopefully in the future it will be even better

Lots of disappointmentThe minimalist room has no cupboards or clothes hangersIn the morning when we checked in we were given a room that didn't have a mirror, we asked to move because we needed a mirror to install contact lenses. The receptionist called the owner and from the conversation the owner asked to pay an extra 25k because there was an extra glass π
so funny that's a standard facility. We argued that there was no hot water in the room, why should we add more. Finally, we didn't succeed in asking for additional payment from us. And on that day we also told the receptionist that we wanted to extend the check out time to 8 pm and we didn't have to be charged either. Because we had a tour schedule and our train was still at 21.45, the receptionist agreed and the next morning we wanted to pay an additional fee to extend. We looked for no one at the reception, we called, there was no answer, we waited 30 minutes. And okay, because time was running out, we finally decided to leave, and finally we got a call from the owner and we said we had an agreement with the receptionist. The owner said he couldn't do it. He emphasized that he was the OWNER, in other words, he had the right to decide, not the receptionist. Our position is far from the inn. It's really not trustworthy. And we decided to return to the accommodation to check out. The receptionist apologized and we said ok. We really understand that this is a high session and we see that the OWNER price tag is 650k. We don't mind! manner and attitude is a must!! And don't blame ur guy. U makes rules as the OWNER that are fine but they can be clear and done to do trainer with ur guy first.

Quiet hotel.The bathroom has no sink or mirror; There is no sheet in the bed, only a blanket.We had a big miss for the occasion of the tour to the Ijen volcano.

A bit weird somehow when you ask for a room then someone on the phone told you to self-check in. The staff coming in an hour for payment matter. The room was normal and clean, but there were no bathroom doors or even curtain covers for the bathroom, and no electric sockets but one that was attached to a tv. We ask for more electric socket extension.
