One of the recommended accommodations in Karimun Java, suitable for backpackers.The price is really affordable.But at an affordable price, the rooms are still comfortable, there is AC, towels and blankets.The room size is not too large but it is comfortable enough for resting.

Big negative point on cleanliness and comfort. After a night in an uncomfortable bed and punctuated by a water leak at the foot of the room and a power cut, I woke up with my arms full of bites (see photo), I assume from bedbugs.The next day, after we left at dawn to take the boat, I informed the owner of the problem on Instagram, 5 days later still no response or apology from her...Go your way.

I could not be more grateful to have chosen to stay at “L’isola che..”. I felt just like home 🥰 The staff is the most hospitable that I have ever experienced and I will miss them lots. I had the most delicious breakfast and the brightest smiles everyday ! I ended up extending a couple of time. It was really hard to leave 💖 Thank you Silvia and John for creating something so beautiful. Wish you all the best for your next project 🎉 super recommended!

John and Silvia really made me feel like home. Very nice breakfast and a very cozy place. I highly reccomend the snorkeling tour they provide, or just discover the island by bike. John and Silvia will make sure you know where to go. I definitely recommend this place :)

This place is right in front of the port so it is easy to find. They have a very friendly and cozy atmosphere with cute dogs. The room was neat and our favorite was THE breakfast. Kid friendly and the owner was kind, definitely a place to revisit. 🤩

Having been in another hotel at the same price in Karimunjawa, I can say that this one disappointed me greatly. Standard rooms that are very small and where it is stiflingly hot because the air conditioning is not adjustable. Bad luck, when I was there, a group of Indonesians were very noisy and it resonated in the rooms until late in the evening. Before being woken up at 4:15 a.m. by the imam of the neighboring mosque who did not let go of the microphone for a good 20 minutes. This is not the hotel's responsibility. Note the absence of a sink in the bathroom. The only pleasant surprise was the good breakfast which could not be taken on the terrace because it was squatted by the locals who were smoking cigarette after cigarette. In short for the price, you can find much better in the sector

Ideally located near the port and the city. Very welcoming and attentive people. They helped us organize our activities. Possibility of renting scooters to get around the island easily. Excellent breakfast.

Such a fantastic homestay the 6 bed dormitory is comfortable especially with courtains. 2 bathrooms for 6 people is brilliant. The only thing missing is a personal light for each bed. The decor is lovely you can tell a lot of effort has been put into it! Easily the best breakfast around with a choice of porridge, waffles, crepes and eggs w/bruschetta. Thank you Silvia!

We had a fantastic week at Isola Che, the stay could happily have been longer! The places are very pleasant, the accommodation is well located, and the breakfasts are delicious. Silvia and John provide excellent advice and extra sympathy, the stay was a success thanks to them! Scooter rental, ferry tickets, recommendations and activities, everything is easy to organize. We leave here wanting to come back!

A top welcome, top services, a nice room with a private bathroom, an ideal location (right next to the bars and restaurants) and very well organized excursions for a stay in Karimunjawa!!! The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious (choice of sweet or savory breakfast and fresh fruit juice!!) Thank you very much to Silvia and John for making my stay fantastic on this island! Thank you 1000 times for their help, their professionalism, their kindness and their great availability throughout my stay 💖🙏🏻 An establishment that I highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

The place is quite close to the pier, you can walk.Place is clean and tidy. Accidentally rented a room where there were 6 beds with 2 en suite bathrooms which were clean and neat. Private rooms are also available. Towels and water are available and there is breakfast for an additional fee but it is not too expensive. There are also 2 cute dogs but they are quiet and can't be played with.
