Staying because of assignments and work. Especially friends who are looking for the reason of being in the city center. Initially I hoped to be a 'reward' for myself by occasionally sleeping in a 'classy' hotel with a price range of almost 350k. But what was obtained was disappointment. In the morning I had to complain twice to the receptionist because the hot water wasn't hot, but apparently the hot water was scheduled at 5-10 (morning and afternoon). Almost every morning I always complain about the hot water because I definitely get stomach cramps when I shower in cold water. If you have breakfast, that's fine. The most exciting thing is that cockroaches run around the room happily, there are only tissues in the bathroom, there are no hotel slippers, there are no wifi facilities, and the most annoying thing is that when we asked for proof of payment for a claim report we actually had to listen to the receptionist babbling about the price of the hotel room. those sold online and direct reservations at hotels are very different. And they didn't want to give a note because we ordered online and even said that the online party took a lot from the hotel so they were reluctant to give a note (Hello, that's the hotel management's business with online promotions! Not with us customers!).I insisted on printing a note whose price didn't even match what we had paid online.So, I don't recommend this hotel for workers who need detailed reports to reimburse travel expenses.So? I will no longer stay here if I go to Jember again.Even though I'm not satisfied, thank you for being a temporary place to rest for 4 nights (I already paid in advance!)Hopefully this review will be read and become material for evaluation and improvement of service to customers in the future.

The first time I entered the lobby, I felt the aura was different. Getting a room on the 3rd floor in the corner makes it even more terrifying. Because I didn't feel good anymore, I finally moved to a room a little further forward to join a friend (1 room makes 4 people). The curtains and sheets were dirty, there were cockroaches in the room, the shower was dead, the water in the bathroom was black, we had to keep opening the tap for about 1 hour until the water was clear.

The first time I saw this hotel, it was quite scary and gave the impression of an old hotel that had not been renovated, with a stay price of IDR. 640,000,- family suite class, the room is quite spacious, the bed is not comfortable when sleeping. WiFi facilities are troublesome, hot water doesn't work, there's no soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, the lights aren't bright, the only drink is water, there's no coffee and tea in the room, there's only a heater and a cup, the rest can come alone and stay overnight

The hotel is clean but because it's an old hotel it has a scary impression. Because the lights in the hotel hallway were not bright enough, the lights in the rooms were not bright enough.The door is also an old model and still uses a manual lock, not a card like most hotels.Wifi can't connect.No hotel slippers.Incidentally, the AC in the room leaked a little but it was still safe, just not cold enough.The curtains were dirty as if they had not been well maintained.The window can't be locked.The shower works but sometimes it's hard to turn it off, and I just found out that there is a dipper in the hotel bathroom. Even though there is already a bathtubThe swimming pool is large but because the pool is intended for public use there is a lack of privacy.The parking lot is quite spacious, the location is very strategic, just a suggestion if you upgrade the hotel, it will definitely be busier.The front view leads to the main road, the back view is good of the mountains and the trains that pass by all the time

How come there are cockroaches in the room, the floordrine doesn't have a lid so cockroaches can come in from thereπ€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ...stayed there for 2 days, asked for the room to be cleaned when left empty...back to the hotel, eeee the room remains as before, it's still messy and dirty (the hotel doesn't respond to cleaning the room).... I'm tired of staying there
