Very bad service and either the owner or his employee named Rahmad A**z Zulk is really a FRAUD & SLICY!! My money was stolen, I promised to refund it but it wasn't returned using the excuse that I didn't have m-banking, it was raining, etc. BE CAREFUL! Reserve this accommodation via WhatsApp. In the Oyo and Traveloka applications the prices don't match and the room photos don't match, later when we arrive at the hotel we are told to pay 3-5x more, with the room not matching what we ordered. The lodging company is looking for money to do whatever it takes to rent out rooms by the hour, the reservation system is also in disarray and is not organized. So I already reserved a room by paying first, my room was given to the person who came first, even though I ALREADY PAID!! WHAT'S THE END? I WAS FORCED TO UPGRADE TO A 3rd FLOOR ROOM!! IT'S REALLY CRAZY HOW YOU MAKE MONEY WKWKKWKW Looking for that much money, even though you've already reached the lake I'm in a bad mood! Finally I asked to cancel the booking, I was promised a refund but it wasn't refunded either 😂😂 . That's eating my money, it's only 175 thousand but it's still not sincere. I've been let down, no compensation, no apology, my money was stolen.
