We came as a group of 6 people (along with 2 elderly parents) at 20.00 all the way from Magetan to plan to rest and the conditions at that time were raining. It turned out that at the location of the room we booked, the owner's information left only 1 ready out of the 3 rooms that we had booked with the reason that there was an email. cancellation from the application (but we did not receive confirmation of cancellation from the application via email or by telephone or WA) As a result we were disappointed and tired of looking for new accommodation. What we thought about at that time was the condition of our parents. So please pay attention to the owner so that you don't harm other people, and one more thing, please place a guard or admin or anyone in the place so that there is someone who can be confirmed (because when we arrived there were no officers, we happened to meet their relatives and help them make a call, there was time for information. the room key was taken on a trip by the owner, maybe if there wasn't anyone there we would wait without any clarity). If you are worried that the order will not arrive, it is best to replace the pay on the spot service by paying before staying so that no party suffers a loss even if the order arrives late. So whenever the order arrives and as long as it is still within the rental period, the owner doesn't need to worry because he has already received the rental funds.
