The first impression was that the stairwells and rooms were dirty, there were piles of rubbish that were emitting odors, dust and dirt in the halls as if they had never been cleaned. Once you enter the room it's ok, but when you look at the blankets and sheets there are spots that might be difficult to remove. Then in the bedroom there are lots of cobwebs. The air conditioning and TV service is ok, maybe because the guys guarding it are a bit less sensitive to cleanliness.The most visible minus; dust everywhere, actually this is good but unfortunately it is not maintained. The hospitality is lacking, it seems like guests wake up earlier compared to those guarding the building. I wanted to rate 5 but unfortunately it exceeded expectations.

If you want to stay in the middle of Solo, at a very affordable price, you can choose Urbanview Indria Inn SoloWhere you want to go is close, strategic, the price is under 200k, there is a mini kitchenThe AC is cold, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, it's comfortable for traveling to Solo and staying here. For breakfast, you can find it yourself, and there's lots of it if you go solo.

The most worth it hotel if you go to SoloSunday morning, if you want a CFD, just walk and reach Jl. Slamet RiyadiIf you want to watch the Sriwedari puppet show, just go out 1km and you'll arriveIf you want to go to Mangkunegaran Temple, just walk for 3 minutes to arriveThis hotel is indeed the most strategic, especially near the mosque. I would stay here again if I went soloThe best thing is the amenitiesprints like gallons, towels, brush + toothpaste, Netflix,MINUSThere's no hot water, but it's still worth it

HONEST REVIEW!!I stayed here last night for 160k on Agoda, I was a bit paranoid because I was disappointed with a hotel that was very different from the photos, but this was really similar and comfortable, the rooms were also really clean, with a modern minimalist interior, OVERALL 10/10facilities:1. Cold AC2. The TV functions well3. Free wifi4. Comfortable mattress, warm bedcover5. There are lots of storage cupboards (clothes cupboard, nightstand, shelf)6. There is a fairly large mirror too, btw there are room types that have 2 sinks and 1 sink, it's actually the same7. There is a cold mini refrigerator, very helpful8. There is a dispenser and gallons are provided, I then found an empty gallon, asked the boss to take care of it and deliver it straight away, so I saved drinking hahaha, so glasses were also provided8. Get a brush + toothpaste, soap is also okay, there are also towels9. The water is connected to the lights, and the temperature is really hot10. The lighting is really good, the windows are quite large, sunlight can come in, there is a night light, a main light and a light in the pantry that can be turned offBTW, you can check it in the photo, because you can't include it here

The hotel is good, isn't it? It looks new. The hot water is on, the refrigerator is cool, the TV is also in excellent condition (although the channels are limited), the hot dispenser is okay, the wifi is also quite fast. Considering all that, the calculation is really cheap, right?There is quite a lot of parking space, it has an elongated shape. For those who bring a car, it might be a bit complicated to get in and out freely.The location is close to many places to eat. It's okay for people who don't bring a vehicle to Solo.The downside is that the cleaners are not complete. When I arrived, there was still hair in the drain, the toilet wasn't brushed enough, the refrigerator was dirty. Apart from that, people who stay here bring lots of heavy suitcases, be prepared to exercise because here there are only stairs to access the rooms on the top floor.

Had a bad experience here, booked right after +4 Eid via Agoda with Reddoorz booking service from set. 2pm, I called Reddoorz, they said the property was real & the room was ready according to the type I ordered. Arrived at 12 at night, it turned out they had been transferred to Reddoorz Laweyan without any prior information to me.The receptionist was asked and the answer was that he didn't know. There is no coordination with RedDoorz.Trauma message on reddoorz.
