Not recommended. Expensive price of 1.1 million or 1.35 million for two per month but ZERO facilities. The front yard lights are turned off every night. He said he was once stolen even though the gate was high and there was CCTV. The guards are not fast enough when there is damage, always waiting around and complaining even though we pay a lot of money. The downstairs is quite clean but the upstairs has never been mopped or cleaned. Garbage often piles up. If there is a complaint that the refrigerator is missing, report it to the guard and be told to chat with the occupants one by one, then why is there a boarding house guard? VERY DISAPPOINTED

The room is pretty good but the TV doesn't turn on. Parking only fits 1 car, often forced to park more than 1 car so motorbike parking is very narrow. It's better to have the lower room cleaned frequently, the upper room floods when it rains and is very dirty. The walls of the upper room were moldy. The price is relatively expensive but the facilities are zero. There are guards but everyone takes care of themselves. Don't replace damaged lights and buy them yourself. He said the boarding house wanted to be sold, perhaps because he was reluctant to look after the boarding house. The owner of the boarding house is not in Tegal so the guards are fully guarded but they are incompetent
