Overall it's good. As for the room, it turns out it's not as big as I thought. But it's quite comfortable and the view from the 7th floor is okay. Please repair the gutters in the basement. It really smells so uncomfortable it's like that when you're in the parking lot.As for the breakfast food, it's all delicious. The waffles are really delicious.

The bed was comfortable and I felt like I was at home.Service: The service from the hotel staff is very satisfying. They are very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any of my needs. Comfortable hotel right in the center of Jember city. The only hotel with an infinity pool in Jember. The space for events is also okay, cool room with central air conditioning. There is also a cafe on the rooftop with a view of Jember city.

The location is only one way, so if the car goes back to the hotel you have to make a long detour. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. The pecel is very delicious. Top Markotope. Thank You Chef and Team in the kitchen. Good Job.

I have been to Jember 3 times & always stay at this hotel. Excellent service, rooms are quite spacious, clean, neat & good location. The menu at the restaurant is complete, exceeding expectations.What's special about this trip is that I left something behind. The Hotel Team is willing to help send it via expedition. Extraordinary.
