Swimming pool under construction, impossible to reimburse the room, work with terrible noise. Inadmissible to rent rooms under these conditions. Boss who doesn't want to cancel the room.

Too bad we can't put zero! I'm fighting with booking to get a refund for my night because I couldn't even stay there. When we arrived, the swimming pool was almost empty and unusable (because it was dirty and under construction) and there was work going on in the garden which was making an incredible noise... we were told that it would last all afternoon. We wanted to cancel immediately, the people there barely spoke English. In the end we managed to speak to the owner by email who first told us that he had accepted the cancellation only to find out a little later that this was not the case. Impossible to find common ground and what's more, he's in bad faith... I don't understand how we can dare to receive people in these conditions. This is unacceptable, we lost an afternoon and had to find accommodation at the last minute.

Very nice hotel, the location doesn't allow you to get around on foot but if you have a scooter or the Grab app you're fine. The real positive note of this hotel in my opinion is the service. The staff is present 24 hours a day for any need and tries to accommodate customers. In our case we asked for help with surfing lessons and the staff immediately worked to find us an instructor and then we asked if it was possible to take a shower somewhere after checking out as we had to go to the beach in the morning and go to the beach in the afternoon. airport to go home. I expected no for an answer and instead the landlady, when we returned from the beach, made us find a free bathroom and let us stay for as long as we needed. Very cute. Beyond that, yes, the pool could be cleaner and the breakfast better, but the value for money is excellent. I recommend it.

Well located if you go to the Balangan area. Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Air conditioning, swimming pool, hammocks and dining room. In the rooms there was a kitchen area.The shower is between the toilet and the door which means that the floor is always wet, it makes it uncomfortable to enter the bathroom barefoot, then your feet are left wet (later we discovered that it happens all over Bali).

Great value for the price. Clean and with very pleasant common spaces.The water in the shower alternated between hot and cold, despite not moving the handle, but, otherwise, great.

I wonder how a hotel like this gets over 8 points?As soon as you enter you have the impression of entering a dingy hotel - the people hardly understand you (even if I don't expect them to speak perfect English or another language)the rooms were so damp that mold formed - the bathroom was even worse... the fittings and cupboards were rusty... the fact that the employees' children were swimming in the pool didn't bother us - but the best part... after the breakfast omelet we were all 1 Day of vomiting... but now we're in a hotel - even cheaper and fewer points (?) and 5 classes better...

Only the owners should learn to negotiate better I wanted to spend the month but the day before we asked how much it would be and we had booked through booking but directly it was more than double the price so I had to look for another place but congratulations to the staff and inn

We are very happy to have chosen this hotel. It's super relaxed and calm. The location is perfect, super close to a good beach without as many people as Padang Padang. Uluwato 15 minutes away, you are free from the stress of traffic in the rest of Bali. Santi and her husband also help you with everything and makes it much easier for you! Wonderful family. We will be back!

Stayed at this place for a few nights in Oct 2023. The hotel is wonderful! Clean rooms, working air conditioning, breakfast and the perfect pool to jump in after a hot day of exploring.The family who run the place are really lovely as well and gave us lots of advice. Even the little kids were excited to run up and welcome us to the hotel.

The hotel is excellent. Yes, it’s not new and a lot of things need to be changed and patched up. The area is all green with flowers.But the air conditioner works, the atmosphere is calm.The room was clean. There was no noise in our room. You can't hear any bells or a pump, you can hear the air conditioning a little - this is not critical. The bed is comfortable and large. Close to the beaches, near a supermarket.There are cats on the territory.Yes, the toilet and shower are in a separate room next to the room. But it even worked for us.I give 4 stars because the hotel needs some renovation.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!I am a host myself in Germany and this is by far not what you deserve.Don’t let the nice pictures deceive you my friend!I will not go into detail of the bad service but just hope you find another place that is actually worth your time and money!Safe travels

We booked & paid the room upfront. We arrived & they were full. We stood there with three other people whom the same thing happened & no place to stay.The did refund us right away but we didn’t really get any apology or explanation.The place also doesn’t look as pretty or new as it does on booking, it could use some renovation.

Came to check in at 2 o'clock even that I messaged owned the day before if it's ok to check in earlier (still didn't respond) just to find out that the hotel is full!!! I made this reservation 10 days before check in and no one bothered to message me that it's overbooked... The place itself doesn't look like on photos. For example here's pool... Normally I don't do bad reviews but this just crossed the line. We were driving 2h to get there just to kiss the door... Very unprofessional behaviour from owner as he don't care about coustumers. No apologies. Just a message "free cancellation"... No words for this servis.
