just felt it today.Bad service, it's better for the receptionist to talk to a statue than a human.the female receptionist wears glasses, short, skinny, jutex, indak tantu, direction.How come the hotel is usually a partamo entrance service please good,kaduo.The appearance of sitting on the balcony of the terrace ateh alah knows that there are many chairs that have stairs from the seat and the nyo is still installed. Kolah, the child of the crew who was the victim of a fall, sat down, the waiter answered when the crew ordered the items to be put away."It's really from Kapatang, bro."Does that mean, do you know that the chair is bad but it's still being installed?Ko honestly, before, Mrs. Dr. 👎.far away from the hassle of your service beforehand 👍👍👍👍

The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet. Good service, very close to tourist attractions. Just walk and you can enjoy the high hill tour. The rooms are spacious, so even if you bring children it's safe to play.

THE WORST AND MOST EXPENSIVE HOTEL I EVER FOUND! VERY UNFRIENDLY, IGNORANT SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER AGAIN SAID THAT THE RECEPTIONIST WAS BUSY PLAYING ON HIS PHONE. DIRTY PILLOWCASE, DIRTY TOWEL. ESPECIALLY THE WC, IT STINKS TAIIIIKKKKK🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 THE BATHROOM IS ALSO DIRTY, THE MOST WEIRD WHY IS THE BATHROOM WITH VENTILATION 🤣🤣🤣 HADEH, NEVER THE PRICE IS QUITE EXPENSIVE, THE QUALITY IS LIKE A 50K HOTEL🙄

The hotel is located in a strategic location, not far from the Clock Tower in the city center.The service is satisfying, friendly and very familiar, full of familyThe food menu is delicious and if you want another menu you can order it with a taste that is no less delicious, while the important thing is that cleanliness is maintained.Also available are delicious Padang satay and Mabuhai martabak which is a shame to miss.
