Rooms are dirty and smelly. The bathroom has no lock. The water is very slow. Service is not friendly. Initially they said the check out deadline was 15:00, but only at 12:30 they were kicked out.

In the apk it says the exact price, why when you check in you are still asked for another 150🚫if the deposit is okay, that's okay, but this isn't refunded when you check out, the male receptionist is not friendly, the room is dirty, the toilet door handle is broken, we are the ones to blame

Even though there is no SOP, why do you get charged 200k, it's not complete anymore, there's no soap or shampoo, etc., until I bought it at Alfamart first. The room and bathroom floors are not clean. This is called extortion because there is no SOP

Boarding house room... I just came here for transit, rest and for work, because we were still on our way back to West Java... when we got in at 10, we got charged because we came in early... and we checked out after Isha... yes, it's called cheap... but the plastic mattress wasn't opened.. so it was itchy and noisy to sleep in.. there was no table in the room.. the bathroom was dirty.. the location was difficult to find because it was very far from the map point..

Bad service, unfriendly waitersBad attitudeDead waterThey said there was WiFi but couldn't connect, the water was off, the electricity ran out after being reported when they were told they had just filled it up, how come it was already finished, if they went out they were just given to turn it off even though they had only stayed for a day, this is the first time they have stayed overnight treated like this even though they paid for it 😂very disappointed
