I ordered via Traveloka and found out it wasn't possible, asked for a refund, told them to contact Traveloka, the hotel wasn't ready yet, it was quiet, it was really empty, I don't recommend it.

Visit immediately to see the room, it turns out there is no receptionist. When I called, I couldn't see the room, he said, "I'm tired, bro, you're upstairs." Just showed me a picture from my cell phone, then said: "Isn't it clear? Is it true that you've never seen a bathtub?" Red flags everywhere, no wonder the reviews are bad, I can't imagine how rich the customers there are...shame on you...even though the parking is spacious, the location is also quite strategic. You can't be in the service business like this, you just have to wait for the time to run out, which means operational costs. What a shame.
