It was the first room I stayed in and felt dissatisfied. Enter the room and find the bed. It's like someone has gone to sleep. Put pillows on top of each other. There are marks of use on the mattress. This is the first one and I'm starting to feel uncomfortable. The toilet was not cleaned well. The air conditioner is noisy. Another 1 issue is Key card plugged into power When entering, plug in normally. The air conditioner doesn't cut anything. It takes time until going to bed, but after 1 a.m. the air conditioner cuts off every 5 minutes. Plus, the later it gets, the louder the air conditioner sound. I couldn't sleep when I slept. The air conditioner cut off until I had to call reception. Came up to see and said the wrong key card was inserted... I used to sleep everywhere. I've never seen this problem. And when I received the key card, I didn't see anything telling me anything. In conclusion, I didn't sleep all night that night. Plus having to drive and travel a long distance is very bad. Probably won't stay here again.

Since staying at a hotel in Udon Thani This place is the worst. This is what I found. From room 750 per night- 4th floor, shower with very light water flow.-Soap and shampoo were not available. Called and asked at the counter (at night). They said they didn't have any, so I went out and bought them. But when I walked in, I secretly saw it at the counter. There is also soap for sale.-Pillows, sheets are old, the mattress has hair.-The floor has hair.-The air conditioner isn't cool, turns on at 15 degrees, probably never cleaned the air conditioner.In summary, not worth the price if the hotel where you have stayed regularly is not full. Probably won't find it here this time. Goodbye.P.S.

The room is spacious and suitable for the price. The staff speak well, but the room needs improvement in the matter of the towels. They should be changed because they are very black. The pillowcases have a musty smell, like the sheets have not been changed. There are black stains on the floor and hair. Improve cleaning. It will be very good.

If you want to stay in the middle of Udon Thani city. This hotel meets your needs. But it has to come with traffic jams. Actually there are 2 Prajaktra Hotels, owned by the same owner. Another place uses the same name as Prajaktra. Only the last name is different. It's not the same if Google takes you to Nong Prajak or Udon Thani Provincial Regional Hospital. It is considered to be lost to another place called Prajaktra Design Hotel.

Decent hostel at a nice price, and with a lift. Large car park in front of the building, and a wheelchair ramp for those who need it. A couple of restaurants around the corner and across the street, and the hostel is reasonably centrally located.

The room was clean but it shows a lot of wear and tear. I was disappointed that there is no convenience store nearby. The bed was big but was way too hard for my liking. I was attracted by a good price and the value is not so bad but I won’t be returning.

Good location nearby many restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is super clean and new. Price is cheap but the room quality is so good. Nong prajak park is walkable if you don't worry about sweating.

One of the receptionists on the day shift of June 23, 2023, the one who looks younger than the other, is very rude. She talked to me with an unwelcoming voice when i requested to change to other room because the air con didnt work.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, walk no more than 20 meters to the hotel counter. In the lobby there are 2-3 sets of welcoming sofas. There is a table where you can sit and eat. There is a beverage cooler available to serve customers 24 hours. The walkway up to the hotel room has a few steps. There is a floor ramp for wheelchairs. There is also a leaf available to serve you. The entrance door system is a key card type. The room is clean.
