A comfortable hotel to stop at, great with an affordable price, next time I will come here again, I don't want to look for another hotel with very good design and interior, the staff are also friendly, always successful, the Grand Valonia Hotel

One of the hotels that is often used as a venue for campus activities or events. The location is quite remote because you have to pass through villages. Maybe the developer's concept is to integrate it with the village. Facilities include a swimming pool, meeting room, cafeteria and are currently undergoing development. The minus, apart from access, is that the parking area is not too big. It would be better to have a roof/canopy in the parking area so that the vehicle doesn't get rained on or overheated

Initially in the old Valonia, the sheets were dirty with lots of stains, I was really disappointed. I can't imagine if the bed sheets are already dirty, that's zero. the towel too 😭😭 crying about the conditionI've upgraded to a new Kevalonia, the key is out of battery, I'm surprised I didn't prepare it😭Good review for the old building, I still can't find it next door, sorry to say

Plus: quiet location, but lots of culinary delights around because of the location near campus. to the city is also only 10 minutes. there is a rooftop and swimming pool. parking is also spacious. the receptionist is smiling and very friendly.minus: the swimming pool is dirty, it's a shame that when I went there there were lots of children swimming, it seems like local residents, it should be strict especially for hotel guests, there is a gym but the equipment is not complete. I got a room in the old building but the wifi was very weak in my room on the 2nd floor, there was no refrigerator. the tv doesn't turn on. The AC is not cold enough.

First time here, booking for event guests. He said the room was ready, it turned out that the room was still dirty, there was a toilet that had not been cleaned, the mineral water in the room had not been changed, only half of it was filled.

The rooms are quite clean, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the glasses and water jugs before guests check in in each room because I found the glasses and teapots in the room I was in were really not clean, like the glasses and teapots had not been replaced for a long time, the facilities in the bathroom were only towels, water heater not functioning properly, swimming pool not clean.
