Fraudster.Willing to move to another accommodation even though there is no refund.The cheap price Agoda apk was tricked after seeing customer reviews on maps, so it was cancelled.DON'T BE TEMPTED BY CHEAP PRICES FRIENDS.NOT WORTH IT.

The worst experience! Alleged fraud, detrimental to consumers.1. I ordered 6 rooms on the application because I wanted a busy holiday. When checking in, the AC specs said it was a fan. If I wanted AC, I was asked to add 100. I was adamant that I didn't want to.He said he wanted to call the OYO people, I said please, I can get angry at all. I want to call him using my cellphone, the destination number is 021. I don't want to, that's fine! He asked me to cancel the room, I said OK, but give me my money back right this second. He doesn't want to.2. Dirty room, smells of cigarettes, dirty, closet broken, mattress springs coming out, sleeping uncomfortable. Walls are peeling.3. The images shown in the application do not match the facts. Photo at a roadside shophouse, turns out to be in an alley!4. Parking is very limited. When we arrived there were only 2 cars, our car was told to park in front of the shop outside the alley (maybe someone else's shop, don't know)5. The room with the fan is really annoying.6. The officer didn't offer a solution other than adding 100. He said the application was detrimental to him. I said it's none of my business!7. Alot, finally I gave the solution: out of 6 AC rooms I asked for 3, the rest downgraded to fans. Because I've been waiting so long. At first he said there wasn't a room, I was angry. Then he said he had to add more money, the token wouldn't work. I do not want. I said give me solutions that are both delicious. I already want to downgrade the room, you don't want to lose. Just keep insisting. Finally he gave me a room according to my choice. 3 AC rooms, 3 rooms downgraded to fans.PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location is in an alley, many of the walls are peeling, the price does not match the application, the toilet cannot be flushed, there are cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The mattress is uncomfortable and feels painful when sleeping on, and the photos of the room on Google are deceptive and different from the actual condition of the room

The hotel advertised must be a completely different location because when I arrived it was in some dark alley, next to a loud mosque coming off an extremely busy street dangerous to cross.For some reason the reviews are almost 5 stars on Agoda which is a lie, nothing at all looked like the pictures, I couldn’t connect to wifi, said there would be AC but was left with a fan without the guard using the only power point in the room. Pictures had a western style toilet but there was only squat toilet with no spray gun, just a bucket and scoop. No showers at all, I suppose the ‘shower’ would be the bucket and scoop? The rooms stunk too.The bed sheet looked unwashed and scrunched with holes, the walls had dirt all over them and the wardrobe had a door broken half hanging off.The staff were friendly but they spoke zero English so I couldn’t really communicate properly. I had to leave after an hour to another hotel, but I guess you get what you pay for after all!

It doesn't match what is stated in the application, it has AC facilities, instead it gives a fan, if you want AC, add 100, THIS IS CONSUMER'S POINT, THE OWNER DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE A SOLUTION, IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE PLAYERS, PLAYING PRICES, BEWARE OF THOSE WHO WANT TO CHECK IN . I'LL REPORT IT TO THE LICENSING DEPARTMENT

Trash accommodation.Buy it on the app and it says the bathroom is inside.When you check in, you will be charged a fee to get an ensuite bathroom.The world is deceptive.The owner is annoying too.

Please note, the price listed is for a fan room and only a mattress. The room was dirty and smelly, the mattress was broken, the bed linen was dirty. It wasn't worth it, when I arrived there I immediately decided to leave. Not recommended
