Don't even think about staying here.We stayed 13 April 2024, got room no. 209, we weren't given towels, toiletries and tissue, we had to ask for it from the guard, there was no mineral water, and it turned out that the AC in the room was hot, even though it had been set to 17 degrees. When I complained, the AC system often had errors (why are you trying to sell it?! ) fortunately there was still 1 empty room left so I could move. However, other guests also complained that the AC was not cold, they couldn't move rooms anymore...

Very unpleasant minep experience. The room was very dirty like the sheets had not been changed, the pillows really smelled. Highly not recommended minep here. The hotel guard is less cooperative.

The hotel is comfortable, cozy, clean, the building is also new, tbh the receptionist is also very polite and friendly. Smart TV, AC and hot water are available. Only the location is a bit in a residential area but the atmosphere is relatively calm. Affordable prices and recommended to stay.

Don't want to mine here! The service was very bad even though I had booked via the application and paid but suddenly the place was told it was full! Even though it was already booked and paid for, it was given to the person who ordered the offer!!!! Not clear! Just close this hotel in the application

the service was really lacking, it really wasn't good, I had a room that was never cleaned for a week and asked for a change of towel or blanket for a lot of reasons and it wasn't given.Please pay more attention or just change the service altogether.

PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE... I HAVE TO LOOK FOR THE RECEPTIONIST, AND CALL THE RECEPTIONIST, WANT TO CHECK IN/CHECK OUT ETC. REALLY SEVERE..
