At first I was hesitant about staying at this hotel, because I saw the reviews were a bit scary... but I was brave because the price was within my pocket. Got a room on the floor adjacent to the hotel lobby. The room is really spacious, neat and clean, the AC is also cold. Beyond expectations from the review, I was fortunate enough to get a good room. There wasn't a trash box for the water heater, but when I asked for it, the officer gave it to me... next time I go on holiday to Lampung again I will stay here and ask for the same room.

THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED!!! 😡The AC is hot, the ceiling is leaking, the bathroom is dirty, the bed sheets look like they haven't been washed, the room smells musty, the LIFT IS BROKEN (had to go up 4 floors using stairs) The door is broken, the waterproof towels are torn too!!, THE STAFF IS ROTTEN!!! (NOT HONEST & UNETHICAL!!!) catcalling customers, items left behind instead of being returned instead taken, REGULATIONS ARE CLEAR, TV can't be turned on, drinking water tastes like kobokan water, kettle is DIRTY MOSS!, It's better to stay at OYO than here!, not suitable to be called a hotel at all. Living here with your family will be embarrassing!!JUST SHUT THE HOTEL IF IT'S STILL LIKE THIS! IT'S ALL ROTTEN!!!!!!😡😡🤬🤬If you don't believe it, please see the photo for yourself👇🏼

The hotel is not clear, the rooms are smelly, the receptionist service is bad, the AC rooms are all hot, the interior is ugly, the rooms are dirty, the lift is completely broken, the towels don't absorb water (after the towels the body is still wet), the employees are rotten, not clear, not trustworthy, there are things left behind. Even though I stayed for more than 1 day, I didn't return the items straight away, instead I was caught putting them in my bag, I asked them first before I returned them... my advice to staying at this hotel is better to just look for Oyo SJ... or look for uh 350 Rban. The difference is a little but we don't need to experience an incident like the one above... it's really not worth it... I REALLY REGRET STAYING AT THIS HOTEL! JUST SHUT A HOTEL LIKE THIS. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel as bad as this

This is my first time staying here but I'm sorry you don't feel at home. The room is spacious but a bit smelly, the pillows are too, the staff are friendly🙏You can't use the elevator either, so you take the stairs. The smell of cigarettes will be strong outside for those who don't like it.

Receptionist service is very bad, wifi is very slow, room service for borrowing cutlery in the room is not served on the grounds that plates and spoons are used for breakfast (the hotel is quite big when plates and spoons are only enough for breakfast), towels don't absorb water, mineral water is given Well water is put in the kettle, the mattress is tilted, the AC is hot and the words FE come out, the room is not soundproof, the room has lots of ants.Please pay attention to the hotel's guest service, Thank you
