- There is 200TH฿ cash deposit upon check-in
- a little noise from neighbor house. because it used to be a residential area.
- ground floor have 1 coin operated washing machine.

Overall, I had a great experience when staying at UDhouse, all the staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy udon thani during the holiday weekend.

The hotel clerk, gave us a room, that had not been made up. The bed was not made and the the room was filthy.

It was a very bad hotel room reservation. There was no communication, no readiness that someone would make a reservation. That number was there. When I checked in around 5:00pm, I didn't open the door to the room. That is, we came late to clean the room, but the room didn't do anything. There was no word of apology. After that, we checked right away.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful a**osphere inside and outside area, Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

There is a key card system for entering the building and rooms.4. You can call to reserve first. Pay when you arrive.Observation1. Parking space under the building for about ten cars. If you double park, it's a little difficult to get out.2. No breakfast (550 baht)3. Rooms next to the road will hear the sound of cars.
