I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service of this hotel. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked a room from the 4th day so that I could immediately rest on the day, coincidentally at that time I got a discount from Agoda. On the D day, suddenly we were told that the room was no longer there (it had been given to ANOTHER PERSON) who was said to have only arrived on the D day. I was really disappointed... we were given another room which was not yet finished (only an empty room with 1 bed on the floor without a cot) with the reason there are no other rooms. Even though I checked the application, there were still other rooms available to book. It gives the impression of looking down on other people, especially the way the hotel staff speak, who underestimate visitors. If the hotel doesn't like the Agoda discount, don't put it on Agoda. Or if the price isn't right, you can discuss the price carefully. Instead of looking down on us. Discounts on Agoda are also installed automatically, I'm not the one asking for them. MINUS STARS FOR THIS HOTEL. The following is a PHOTO OF THE REPLACEMENT ROOM that was given to us
