1. The service is not very good, the people are really rude.2. Expensive places do not match the condition of the rooms.3. THE PLACE IS Haunted. More suitable for a TEST OF GUTS.4. In the middle of the night around 12 o'clock and above there was a lot of noise like people running around even though the guesthouse was quiet and quiet and at 1 o'clock at night the electricity suddenly went off.5. The toilet is very bad, the water is very small, it's difficult to urinate because the toilet is very low, the toilet is also dirty and smells bad.6. The walls and cupboards are no longer suitable for use.7. The AC is not working properly.8. The mattress and sheets are ROTTEN AND DIRTY, DUSTY.9. There is a lot of rubbish scattered outside.10. The floor is also very dirty and dusty.There are no photos of the toilet and the inside room because I didn't dare to take photos because this guest house is very scary and haunted.My suggestion is that it would be good to close/renovate this guest house. Poor people who have paid to stay here feel trapped after entering and see that the rooms do not match the price and facilities they get🙏🏻.

I feel like I've been cheated. Ordered without looking at reviews. When we got to the place, I really regretted it. I can smell the sewer smell from outside. It hurts my nose so much I'm nauseous. Seriously dirty room. In the picture there are swimming pool facilities, but in fact there are none. Just pull out again, but you can't get a refund for the 3 rooms that have been booked. I can't sleep but it smells so bad

Just lose money here because the service is not friendlyI checked in at 00.55 via apk, it said it wasn't dawn before dawn. Kya, obviously people checked in because they needed to bring small children. Arriving at the place, I had to open the room again, I was told to pay again, the amount via the APK was forfeited, right? What the hell 🖕👎 which place is terrible near the cemetery, no one cares

It's true that the price rate is cheap, but at least don't make it cheap either. The AC wasn't cold at all, we complained instead we wanted to be given a fan, so we ordered the price for an AC room instead of a fan. The toilet is dirty and there's no way to clean it. First time and last time visit here.

The guesthouse is the worst and most dirty, the rooms are smelly, lots of cobwebs, the sheets and blankets have never been washed & changed, the bathroom and closet are dirty, before I've looked at the room, I've only been to CO for 15 minutes, the price of 300 thousand isn't just a waste of luck, that's The scary place is said to be a former cemetery

It is located in a nice setting, but too far away from any sort of amenities. A simple shop inside the facility would help.But what makes it a failure is the total disregard to cleanliness and upkeep. Probably the dirtcheap price doesn't allow for any budget to upkeep the place, but not an excuse for a business. I'd happily pay triple or quadruple the price of the Aircon is cold, the rooms are clean, effort made to ensure insects don't get in there facility, no wild aggressive stray dogs running the place. The landscape must've been superb when it first open, but now, the nice pic of the lake u see? It's murky and smelly. Taking a walk around the facility is a hazard by itself. The rails are rusty and things grow everywhere.The rooms utter failure.. the toilet is dirty, the sheets are dirty, no TV, the shower floor is full of slimy grime.. avoid at all cost. Hopefully someone with the correct mindset will buy over the place. It has a potential to be a really nice place.

The building is starting to be neglected, there is only one guard at the receptionist. The hotel area seems rarely cleaned and the facilities in the rooms also look poorly maintained.The AC is ok, feels cold and is still in new condition but the TV is old and doesn't work.The bathroom is basic, there are no amenities either.The only advantage is that it is located above the hill, the weather is quite cool and it is close to the hot springs.
