I booked via the ready application, until I arrived it said the rooms were full, after that I asked for return instructions, told the application hub to wait for the hotel, there was no further confirmation, disappointed 200 thousand was lost

When I first arrived at night, I was really tired and found that the room was not suitable, the bed sheets were brown, the blanket was dirty, the pillowcase was already an item, and there was even sticky hair on the pillowcase. FYI, my hair is short, like boys' hair, while mine is long. So obviously it's not my hair. The feeling of wanting to move hotels that very second, because for that price it's really not worth it. But fortunately the person looking after him was kind, and was allowed to ask for a new blanket, sheet and pillowcase in exchange. No need to move hotels.
