The first impression of the front of the hotel is that it says Luminor is okay... but the facilities need to be repaired and checked again, such as:1. The room was smelly and damp when you first entered.2. The mattress and TV must be able to compete with hotels in the same class.3. The bathroom also needs a new touch.So at least it can be the same as Luminor in other cities...

actually the ambience is good, the concept of open space in the lobby... but the room urgently needs to be renovated... when you enter the room it smells like a room that has never been opened, it doesn't feel clean, the towels are yellow, the pillows are musty, the trash can in the room is rusty, when you sit on the terrace room...mosquitoes are annoying....even though my hopes for the Luminor brand cannot be said to be unreasonable...Hopefully it will be renovated soon in the future

Strategically, right in front of the hotel, there are lots of people selling. In front of Indomaret too ๐There is Tek Surabaya tofu which tastes really good. Fried martabak and a pharmacy are also lined up in front of the hotel.If you want to go to the city in the direction of Lippo and Roxy, it's quite 10 minutesThe breakfast is all you can have, lots of variants. Unfortunately the basement in the downstairs hallway is a bit scary.

For a hotel class with that price, it's quite expensive for the facilities you get... but the food is quite complete and delicious, it just takes a while to refill, the same if you order eggs at breakfast, don't forget to take them... because they won't be delivered hahaha.Please upgrade the TV in the room. The TV is already small, the channels still have blurry images... it's a shame... the sheets, towels, it's time to change them... they're all yellow...And I don't know why the hotel is supposed to be a comfortable place to rest, because the guests are noisy, talking and shouting until 1 o'clock at night without any warning, it's very noisy, I want to rest so I don't feel calm, maybe because the ballroom is on 1 floor and has 1 access with the guest room, let alone staying overnight. 2 days there when there was an event too, it was very disturbing.
