On August 17th, afternoon, I wanted to book a cottage for Saturday, August 19th, he said the receptionist was fully booked until an undetermined time limit, the lady's attitude was unfriendly and impolite, not communicative, she answered my questions as she pleased, while her mouth was chewing, very bad attitude for the receptionist

The place is really comfortable to stay, the owner is also humble. Lucky to be able to take photos with the owner directly and be entertained by the owner. There is also a swimming pool here. It's really good for healing. The atmosphere is quiet, very comfortable for a place to rest in peace. The food is also delicious. The mainstay tea that is always served here is delicious. The rest is just extraordinary, everyone has had an experience here

Came here to swim, and when I arrived it was quiet.My suggestion is to repair the women's wash room... many of the doors are damaged, and they are also quite dirty

the waiter was not friendly, the condition of the room looked like it had been used up, the TV was off and on, the bathroom was dirty with brush marks lying around, breakfast couldn't be drunk.

Do you want to experience eating at a restaurant but are told to tell the waiters? PLEASE TRY TO COME TO BUKIT MAS! COTTAGE&RESTO! WANT WIFI? WON'T BE GIVEN IT BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN PATIENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD TO BY THE EMPLOYEES OF BUKIT MAS BUT ALSO THEIR PATIENCE HAS ENDED BECAUSE THEY WON'T BE GIVEN THE WIFI, THEY SAY IT'S FOR CCTV ONLY, IF THAT'S THE WAY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO GIVE IT THE NAME, BUKIT MAS RESTO, JUST GIVE THE WIFI THE NAME OF THE CCTV, I intend to refresh here. In fact, it adds to the emotional pressure. I don't mind dirty tables. Incomplete menu lists. Expensive snacks with little content. The peak is in the WiFi. That's why I'm fed up for a long time in restaurants that are super meditative/stingy and super bad, of course with bad and super slow service. BE diligent. BE diligent. JUST TAX PEOPLE CHECK THIS PLACE. REPORT NOTED.Edit: I was so fed up & emotional that I forgot to ask for the bill (there were a lot of problems with payment, I couldn't get debit or credit, I couldn't scan QR, it's really old, basically it doesn't match the price of the interior, but instead I asked for a deposit to go to their bank account, which is strange) Immediately I came up with this review at around 2 o'clock noon, Thursday 5 January 2022, please check the WIFI which is said to be made for CCTV!
