The food is served well and tastes delicious, the accommodation is very beautiful and you get a private feel... the minus is the information service and the receptionist who is not on standby 24 hours... there are items left behind, there is no confirmation from the receptionist even though before checkout... the room was checked out. check first by the staff at the resort

Very worth the price... BTW, I took the Family room, the price is Rp. 2,500,000,- maximum 4 people with 2 children free. Get a welcome drink and breakfast. There is a restaurant, the food is not bad.Friendly service, ok facilities, really suitable for those who want to heal, the atmosphere at the beach is calm, it feels like a private island... There's also no TV in the room because it's to be as quiet as possible, if you want to play on the beach, you can, if you want to swim in the pool, you can , you can play volleyball, you can jog around residential areas. It's really exciting..

The staff are friendly, you can ask for late checkout, you can ask for a canoe, you can also ask for a campfire (but unfortunately it was raining at night when I was on holiday), you can also ask for TV, but only at the restaurant.The room is big, the bathroom is nice and clean. The food is delicious, I ordered the grilled gourami fish fresh.Dear employees, thank you for serving our wishes.

The price is relatively high but the room facilities are inadequate, gallons of water take a long time, there is no coffee or tea service in the room, there are no wifi facilities, there are no TV facilities for prices above 1 million at all room levels. I think it's too high. I rented a private villa class with a private pool. The only thing that is comfortable is the atmosphere which feels private.

This is my first time to staycation here with my fam in PRIVATE POOL SUAK. When we come, their stuff give us coconut as welcoming drink. Then we go to our room. I'm so excited when I know our room has private pool, But in fact the private pool is only 2x2 meters in size. Hahaha 😂 its not pool for swimming.With expensive price, honestly its not woth for me to choose Private room one. Maybe if we want to go there again, better choose the deluxe one. LmaoA little disappointed with the service because when we're in our room, they haven't prepared the extra bed we ordered.And a lot of mosquitoes, ants, bugs.

Want to be alone, in a peaceful atmosphere, this is the place. Accidentally took it on Monday. So it's really suipiiiiiii. What's fun is eating on the beach. Non-stop snacks morning afternoon afternoon. But now the information is expensive, when I came here it was still cheap hihihihi

At first I was a bit confused because from the resort entrance gate there was no one guarding the security post, I thought it was the wrong location, there was no writing about Suak Sumatra resort, and it was very quiet, just stick to Maps. It turned out that there was an employee who wanted to deliver visitors' luggage, but thank God, Masyaallah, the service was prompt, the room was a nice family room, big enough for a large family, the facilities were OK. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful, not too busy. Basically comfortable. It's just not enough that in the in-room you usually get shaket coffee, apparently not, you only get a small bottle of Aqua. There are places to play volleyball, badminton, beachside locations
