1. Room: 3/10For the room area, we apologize for improving the cleanliness again. There were lots of ants everywhere, the floor was dirty, there were spots of dirt like previous people's feet. The room was quite smelly and stuffy. It is better to provide air freshener / exhaust fan.There are no Qibla direction markers.2. Toilet: 4/10The hot water is confused about how to use it. So I was forced to take a cold shower, even though warm water is very important considering the Batu area where the temperature and weather is also cold.The flowing water is also very slow (don't know whether many people use water or not)There are no toiletries such as towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, body soap, etc. There is only hand washing soap.3. Service: 6/10Friendly enough, but a bit rude.There is no greeting / welcome to guests who come or go. Looks like I'm really stupid.4. Location : 9/10Very strategic location. Close to Jatim Park 1 or 2, near Coban Putri tourist attraction, Japanese cave, Bukit Bintang, Predator Fun Park, Batu Square. And next to the hotel there is an IndomartWhat I like about this hotel is that apart from its strategic location, the price is also cheap, there is a public kitchen, prayer room, spacious parking, the mattress is comfortable
