the place is comfortable. it's just that there are some rooms that are noisy because they are near the panels. towels are sometimes given only 1. the good thing is that there is a shared kitchen here so you can borrow glasses or cutlery. and also mineral water is available in dospensers (hot and cold). the staff are friendly. unfortunately the TV can't be used at all.

Clean rooms. Hot water always works. AC cold.Lack. Reception disappeared. Check in is mandatory at 2 o'clock. A little less is not allowed ๐Can't drink. Residential entry position. So if you want to look for food, you need to leave the housing complex first.

The place is near the Sengkaling Recreation Park, entering the Sengkaling Indah residential alley or Dahlia alley. The rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are quite clean, the service is quite friendly and the parking area is quite spacious and safe.

actually the location is strategic, quiet, the rooms are quite wide, and the receptionist is good, but the bathroom is very unclean, like it has never been brushed until it turns yellow, even our cashier accidentally slept on his blanket because it was itchy like it hadn't been changed, there were still lots of spots and hair, only 1 towel, no soap, this applies to all rooms because I tried to check all the rooms and stayed 2 days, all of them were equally dirty

Clean rooms, friendly service. The security guard is really good. Overall good. The lack of management of the car park. Just suggest that the person driving the car should be registered. How many rooms? So that cars that can't get out are blocked by other people's cars. Can you tell which person has room number? That's all.

Very disappointed with the service.1. There seems to be a receptionist who is still training, not polite at all. Yes, there are guests, but he's still engrossed in his headphones and ignoring the guests2. The room looks like it hasn't been cleaned, it does smell good. But if you don't sweep and mop it will still be dirty.3. Regarding the toilet, shower facilities are not provided. He said the towels were still in the laundry and would be picked up immediately, but I waited until the afternoon and they weren't delivered. You have to go there 3 times before moving. Bathing equipment is not prepared, so how do I want to shower? There are no towels, no soap.The point is there is no preparation for guests :)

Don't stay here! The hotel is very irresponsible, I ordered and paid via the online application. But I was not accepted on the grounds that there was no reservation in my name, even though I had already received the booking code. And I was told to contact myself. The hotel staff spoke in a language and tone that I thought was annoying and not polite at all. My money was also not returned!!
