Very nice staff there!And the room was very clean.The area is quiet, it feels good to find a quiet place around batu !+ i made a mistake on the date of the booking. They have accepted not to charge me on the night i had booked by mistake

Really recommended for those of you who have campus events/organizations staying like that, because here there are lots of rooms, spacious beds, clean bathrooms, and other facilities are really good 🙌🏻

DON'T EVER STAY HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET LIKE ME.This is an honest review of what I have experienced and I hope it doesn't happen to you.I have booked this hotel via the Agoda application 4 days before and I have even paid in full. However, on the day of the event and we wanted to check in, the hotel owner said that the rooms were full.There was no prior notification from the hotel. And when we asked for accountability, the hotel owner seemed to be playing the victim and didn't want to know.Even belittling us by asking "how much did you pay yesterday?"This is not a matter of cost... But for those of us who have gone to great lengths to go on holiday to Batu, you have ruined our event.The hotel owner really does not have good ethics and is not responsible for this incident. Don't even want to know, and seem to ignore it.I was too lazy to bother, because I was told to first report to Agoda this and that.Finally we decided to go.Basically, this hotel is not clear.It's called sharia, but it's actually naudzubillah.I remind you again, do not ever intend to book at this hotel or you will regret it.

Very bad experience. Booked via Agoda. When we got there it said it was full. Even though we had paid via the application and there was no cancellation/transfer notificationBut when we met the lady who claimed to be the owner at the location, there was no booking in our name on the application. And said full. And just like that, his mother said, please confirm it yourself with Agoda.But yes, we don't want to contact you. Because this is not our fault. This is about communication between Agoda and the accommodation manager.This is the first time I've used Agoda like this.Even if Agoda makes a mistake, there should be confirmation from them before the HH day. FYI we have booked rooms for the 1st day of Sunday..Even if the management is at fault, there is no advice for us. BTW, we experienced this 2/3 weeks ago.Hopefully friends will be wiser and smarter about booking
