I really regret staying here, the room in the basement, at that price per night, is very disappointingcan't get mineral water, no towels, the TV won't turn on, there's no hot water, the toilet is dirty, the sheets smell really badreally" very disappointing

I really regret it, I was given a room in the basement, the room didn't match the price, only 2 small bottles of drinking water were provided, used towels, and the TV facilities couldn't turn on for reasons of repair

The experience of staying here, paying expensively but not according to the quality of the room price. The bedsheets smelled of rat urine, so I asked for a change of towels, there wasn't any soap, I drank 2 small bottles, there wasn't any breakfast, the bathroom was dirty as if it hadn't been looked after, it was just being used. Error heating water, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. That's all thanks to those who have rock-cool accommodation

The bathroom has a lot of hairThere isn't even a hot water heaterEven though Mbatu is a very cold placeThe staff had a guest come out of the room instead of saying hello sitting with their legs on the sofa on the phone which was very impolite 👎And check out without giving a note, billThe room price is 275'000. There isn't even a glass of Aqua drinking water in the room, let alone any biscuits or SenkCan you give the staff a briefing first to be polite?

I recommend Griya Mulya Batu, Redpartner, satisfaction guaranteed IDR via Reddorz 200 thousand and the facilities are really satisfying, I recommend this to other friends, I'm from Bojonegoro with a small child, hot water is available
