This was a bad hotel booking experience, I had paid via Oyo when I arrived and said they were no longer cooperating. The owner was asked for a clear answer, even though I had experienced the same thing as this in another hotel, the money was immediately returned, this hotel was not refunded at all. Be careful, don't book this hotel. Even though it's not much money, if you don't have any money, it's worth being cheated on that much. Look for money that is blessed and halal. Hopefully repentance will find the money.

A budget hotel, with a good location (not far from center) and friendly service.Rooms we're fine, comfy bed, good water pressure, centralized AC unit but no hot water.It's a minimalist cheap room done well.

the room is ok but cleanliness needs to be improved because there is a lot of tissue waste scattered in the corners of the room and mattressthe waiter needs to be repaired, there is no one at all, you have to wait for the receptionist who is outvery different from the photo where there is a cafe on the balcony, now it is closed and quiet

It's better to just close it, come in, no one will come, wait for ± 10 minutes without a receptionist or innkeeper.When you decide to leave, meet with (let's just say) the person who takes care of the accommodation. Just given the key and opened the room, without any direction, immediately left.Actually the room was still enough for a rest, even though towels & toiletries were not provided, but I was already not in the mood with what was available, in the end I just left and looked for another accommodation.

Bad service... When you enter a dirty room you say it's clean... The toilet has a problem... It's never been brushed.. You just want to change rooms for the reason... They say there's no one to clean it... Later when someone wants to check in it's dirty... That's why the room is dirty... It's already been put in and can't change places... Even though it was dirty from the start... It doesn't make sense at all... even though we just put the bag in... They said it was dirty... The service was also grumpy... The sheets were red. It hasn't been changed, it hasn't been swept.. It's said that it's been cleaned.. It's really bad... it's really a shame... Even though the place is strategic.. Near the main road... But the service is bad.. There's no drinking water.. There's no equipment. bath towels etc...just once is enough. The receptionist isn't 24 hours...it's not very clear...

Bad service!When ordering on Traveloka, it says 24 hour reception. It should be safe considering my train only arrives at 3am. When he arrived at the place, the receptionist was not there. I have tried pressing the bell provided many times and calling the number listed on the reception desk but there is still no answer. After half an hour, he finally contacted the number listed on the Traveloka application. Connected with the owner, instead he was told to check the room himself which had a key because the receptionist couldn't be contacted as if he had fallen asleep. After we checked, none of the rooms had keys. But there were 2 rooms where the doors were opened wide and there were no keys and it wasn't clear whether they had been cleaned or not because they didn't look like clean rooms. After searching and not finding one with a key, we were still told to look for his brother in several rooms which he said were usually where he slept. Still not there, I looked around for another room in a dark corner. I asked about the receptionist who was not on standby 24 hours but was answered curtly and told to be patient. Oh well, if I hadn't waited so long, up to more than an hour, maybe I would still be patient, bro! Tired after the trip, I deliberately ordered beforehand so that when I arrived I could immediately rest, but instead I had to wait a long time and was told to look for the staff?! Why doesn't the owner just come and look for it himself and serve the customers?! If the reason is that it's late at night or it's time to rest, right from the start it says "24 hour reception" so it should really be on standby, right? Make shift changes specifically for nights so you can still serve customers. Other hotels are like that, why is this one so soft? After being annoyed, we finally asked for a refund because we didn't want to lose our money without service like that. After getting another hotel and resting, at 8.51 am the receptionist just replied and instead said that the room was full. Even though I already paid at Traveloka. OK, for example, if it's full including the room I ordered, then why does he disappear from work even though someone has already bought a room but hasn't arrived at the place yet. In fact, when I arrived there, there were 2 rooms whose doors were just open but there were no keys. One was dark and a bit messy, and the other had the lights on with the door wide open. Is it empty? Full from where? If something like that is empty for people who have ordered, then why leave it like that? What do you mean you were told to go in alone? Serve yourself? Keyless? Ha? It looks like the performance is bad. Work is simply abandoned, irresponsible. It's better to just change the info about the 24 hour receptionist. Because it doesn't match reality.

I had a trip to Batu with my family by motorbike from Kediri. Because it was too late to go back, we decided to stay at the hotel and got Bing hotels from the Agoda application. After paying for the order at Indomaret, we immediately went to the hotel location based on GMAP. When we arrived at the location, we were confused because we didn't see any hotels around the location. Finally, we asked a resident who happened to be in front of the house and we were shown that next to his house was Oyo Bing.After arriving at the building shown, it looks like an orange and dark shophouse, there are 3 motorbikes and a dusty car...Then there were stairs going up, I decided to go up the stairs, but there was no one there... the situation was quiet and lonely... my wife was afraid and asked me to leave the place. I tried calling the cellphone number that was contracted for the order, but it was not active. Finally that night we decided to look for another hotel and found 38Frontone boutique hotel and we stayed there.Can the money we have paid be refunded?

I don't know whether this inn is still collaborating with OYO or not, but what is clear is that when I arrived at the location, there was no OYO logo like in the photo so I had difficulty finding the location.The receptionist was not on standby, I had to contact the inn owner before the receptionist came, and even then the service was only mediocre.The room was quite spacious and clean, only the sheets and pillowcases smelled a bit musty, the TV had no picture, the bathroom was not clean, and no toiletries or towels were provided.
