The villa needs to be repaired =👉jet shower+jet shower closet bathroom+common 1st floor👉water heater that is stuck/dead👉Villa rules when booking are strange =1. Don't call a group from outside to enter the villa area2 deposits of 200 thousand when playing pool at what I know is a villa facility3 lots of rubbish will be charged 150 thousand (more than 1 bag of rubbish not allowed)👉The bedroom has lots of ants👉spring bed is not clean so my skin is itchy👉The flash closet in room number 5 is bad so the water in the toilet splashes out and is prone to getting hit by people's feet because they are disgustedSorry if my review is bad because this is the reality that I found and so that the owner can improve it and people who want to rent a villa here can check + ask themselves about this.Sorry if there are any wrong words🙏

The owner has lots of rules👉It's not possible to call a food stall to the villa area and you will be charged a fee👉Trash more than 1 bag will be charged👉play billiards with a deposit of 200 thousandIf I judge, I'm sorry if I say something wrong, this Watu Emas villa has too many rules, if only I knew the rules like this before the down payment (down payment) frankly I would ask for other villasI'm rating it as is 🙏

When I first came here, precisely on December 25-27 2023 with friends, the place when I entered was already really good. There are 3 villa buildings complete with bedrooms, 2 toilets above & below, kitchen, terrace, billiard table, table for eating together, and there is also a swimming pool, flower garden and field for various activities such as group gymnastics etc. The rooms are always clean, neat and orderly, we can even request more mattresses from the staff. The toilets are actually clean, they just need some maintenance because there are some toilets that look damaged and dirty. The swimming pool water is also very clean. The kitchen is always cleaned and always neatly arranged by the staff. Anyway, this place is really recommended for those of you who stay in Batu city, either alone or individually. Also suitable for various events such as retreats, reunions, gatherings, etc.
