Got room 02 next to the downstairs dispenser. The small room is ok for 2 people, the bathroom is clean too(+) hot water in the afternoon works(+) stone center, close to everywhere(+) fitting room(+) shared and super equipped kitchen(+) towel rental options (10k), hair dryer (10k), and air conditioning (add 60k)(-) the room has a typical musty smell along with the pillows and mattress because the room is small, which is understandable but not acceptable because renting accommodation is for resting. As an input, dry the pillow outside for just an hour to get rid of the dampness and musty smell(-) There was still trash and tissue under the mattress(-) The hot water didn't work in the morning, maybe because at checkout in the morning it didn't work in my room

Hotel Not clear. There are additional costs for additional reasons for towels, air conditioning, etc.If it's discussed at the start, it's fine if you can refuse it, you'll be asked for money when you've checked. REALLY BAD!!

I checked in on the weekend, Saturday - Sunday, ordered via the a** application and it was cheaper and got a price of 100s.Ara guest house is small and small in cayenne pepper 👍For those who bring a car, it's not recommended because it enters a small alley. Coincidentally, you brought a motorbike so you weren't worried about parking, hehe. For orders via the application, if you add AC there is an additional fee of 50,000Rent a hairdryer 10,000 and additional fees will be charged for other facilities if needed. It's best to bring your own toiletries because only liquid soap is provided. And there are clothes hooks in the bathroom ✅ the mattress is comfortable ✅ the pillow makes you sleep soundly ⭐️ the room is clean and smells good ✅What makes it comfortable, even though the room is small, is that it provides a small kitchen which also has a stove, dispenser, microwave, pans and cutlery ✅. For more detailed questions about Ara Guest House, you can check their Instagram, it's safer. All payments made to Ara are in the name of Ara guest house. Don't be fooled by the WA telephone number in the comments, be careful of fraudsters 😊 because my experience was that the WA number CP in the comments was almost there but it didn't become a TF because it said the application was in error and was told to book via WA transfer in a personal name 😭 . Be carefulBismillah, come straight to Ara guest house, its okay, there are no problems with the application. Thank God I didn't zone out either.Coming out of this fig alley, there are lots of people selling foodAnd there are lots of convenience stores so you don't need to worry. If you're hungry, just walk to the front of the alley 😊😊

Book at weekend. 2 rooms a night.1. Room 06 is not recommended. The shower handle was broken, the mattress was almost damaged, the TV couldn't work (still using a tuner with a damaged antenna plug so there was no signal)2. Room 08 it's Ok.3. I forgot my charger and I'm sure it's still stuck in the socket. I've tried contacting the owner and forwarded it to the hotel staff, but the info is not there. Strange. Bad experience for this.4. The hotel entrance is narrow. Just 1 car is enough. Squeeze right and left. After checking out, you were told to park in the side shop.

The room is quite spacious, there are chairs, TV, AC, a place to hang clothes, a toilet inside. But the bed seems like it's been a while, there's a spring sound. Wifi slow. But the price is very cheap, the CKP facilities are ok. Can use a rice cooker too. The entrance is quite small so you have to be extra careful. Strategic location close to tourist attractions such as Batu Night Spectacular, Jatim Park 2.

Stay with family in deluxe double rooms and standard double rooms. The facilities are okay for the price given.The atmosphere of the rooms and guest house is comfortable, there is a dishwasher, dispenser and seating for just relaxing. Friendly service from check-in to check-out.
