One of the villas in the strategic area of Batu Tourism City. Close to BNS and Jatim Park 2 where there are also many Homestays and Villas nearby. The owner is very friendly and the villa is clean. Complete facilities with 3 rooms and a TV room complete with smart TV and karaoke. In the back area there is a mini garden for grilling where equipment is also provided. Beside there is a swimming pool which is also clean. Car port can accommodate up to 2 cars. It's quite worth it for a family holiday at the price offered.

Ample parking (fits 2 cars), the bedrooms are all spacious and clean + an extra bed is provided for free, the bathroom is clean and comfortable + the swimming pool is quite good, the backyard has a pool with trees which makes it cool and you can also see a very beautiful view of the mountain Instagrammable, Internet and TV are smooth + given free Indomie sugar tea and coffee, for villas priced under 2 million this is really cheap, the location is also strategic, recommended for those on holiday to Batu Malang.

"ELITE facilities at economical prices"that's what I can say.Review for those who own a villa: VERY GOOD and FRIENDLYreview for the villa1. There is enough parking for 2 cars2. Bedroom 3 (clean and spacious) has 3 more extra beds, so it can accommodate up to 12 people.3. The kitchen is clean and the cooking utensils are complete, including glasses, plates, spoons, etc.4. The swimming pool is CLEAN5. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.The bathroom has a bathtub6. The water heater is ALL FUNCTIONING7. The karoke WORKS WELL8. The back terrace can be used for barbeques, and the equipment has been prepared9. Prepare spare LPG for 3 cylinders10. Prepare 1 gallon spare11. There is even a training toilet for small children to defecate, along with a small children's bathtub.12. The Wi-Fi is STRONGLocationClose to BNS and Jatim Park (close doesn't mean walking, it's about 2 kilometers from the villa)Quiet and not noisyThe point is, if you want to come here and have a barbecue, just bring the food ingredients, NO NEED TO BRING barbecue equipment. Magic com is also available and works well.The minusMaybe it's because it's close to the goat pen, so sometimes the smell can often be smelled outside the VILLA, but I don't think it's a problem, it actually feels like a house in the countryside.

The service is quite friendly, the kitchen facilities are complete but the bathroom/toilet smells and is dirty, the swimming pool water is dirty and hasn't been drained, the windows and bedrooms are dusty, the smell of animal waste makes it seem like it hasn't been maintained, hopefully there will be further improvements to provide comfort for customers who rent this villa, thank you

Prayer mats are providedFor lack of1. The villa building is classified as an old building so it looks creppy, it should be able to be renovated so it can compete with other villas,2. Cleanliness is very poor, especially in the bathroom it looks very creppy3. Lots of cockroaches and insects, behind the villa there is a garden, maybe there are lots of insects4. 3 KM that can be used only 2 because it is DAMAGED5. 2 TVs that can be used only 1 and even then the remote button is already difficult to press (not for those who have patience as thin as tissue)6. Please clean the windows/cupboard glass because the dust is very thick7. You can buy a sofa cover to make it look more aesthetic because it's very dirtyAccording to my review, I hope the owner can take better care of the villa because I personally don't want to go there anymore 🙏
