It's really great to live in this villa complexActually, this is the Kusuma Pinus housing complex which has been transformed into several villasThere are many pine trees around it which make the air very cool and coldMoreover, after the rain, the nights will be even colder

The one I reviewed was Villa Pinus R5The location is quite strategic because it is close to the city center and the playground area in Batu city. However, the problem is the villa and its service.For the Villa:1. The villa was dirty (even though they said it had been cleaned before checking in). Lots of dead insects and cockroaches under the mattress etc. Many small cockroaches, flies, insects and mosquitoes were still alive roaming the villa.2. The water heater is not working (this is very serious). The weather and water in Batu are cold, but the water heater is not working. Staying for 3 days 2 nights without a water heater is very difficult, especially with children and the elderly.3. The condition of the mattress is no longer suitable for use (it's time to rejuvenate/replace with a new one). It's already stretched / too soft, the springs are really felt. Everyone couldn't sleep (plus feeling uneasy because there were lots of cockroaches running around)4. Cutting and kitchen utensils are not well maintained so you don't want to use them.For the service:1. When we complained about cleanliness issues, we still insisted that it had been cleaned and when we asked for it to be cleaned again, it was possible but an additional fee was charged.2. When we complained about a water heater problem, the initial answer was that there was no problem and it was functioning well. However, we still asked for it to be checked because until the 2nd day it still couldn't be done, after checking it turned out there was a problem. However, because of the rain, he said it couldn't be done. Later, if it doesn't rain, it will be done. But it didn't come until we checked out.It's a shame that the good condition and location of the villa is not matched by optimal villa maintenance and service. With rental prices like that, compared to other villas with similar prices or slightly more expensive, it is much better. Hopefully it can be used as constructive input, not intended to bring down. The positive service was that when we checked out, the cellphone we left behind was still kept, when we returned the cellphone was still there.

The rooftop view is really good at Villa Softa 2, perhapsBut minus no mop, no rag, no scissors, incomplete kitchen equipment, all the rooftop chairs are broken (3) no longer suitable for sitting onThe billiard balls are not complete, the water heater sometimes works, sometimes doesn'tThe bathroom cover is broken (some use wood, spoons)The room is for a small family, the gallon is broken, besides being incomplete, the kitchen equipment is also rusty, it should have been replaced, the garden lights on the rooftop don't turn on, kitchen spices are not provided, there are no bolsters in each room.

Kusuma Pine R5 villa is very dirty, rubbish is everywhere even though I asked the boss to help clean it but it's still left, flies are everywhere, the private pool is dirty, the sofa is dirty, the blanket smells like it's never been washed. It's a shame it's expensive but the service is like this.

The location is indeed suitable for a Villa complex, on a plateau and the atmosphere is supportive, where this Villa complex borders directly on a pine forest. There are various types of villas and the prices offered are also quite affordable with adequate facilities of course.

3-storey villa with a view that is soothing to the eye, equipped with a quiet pool, gazebo, BBQ equipment plus karaoke, the minus is why the heater (for hot water) either doesn't work or is on a timer so it's not available every time when you shower. Please be attentive

I've been here to accompany the Mahameru Tour group at Villa M34, the place is spacious so it's really good for gatherings. The view of the pine forest and Batu City is cool, so I want to live there.
