This villa with a price tag of 400 thousand is quite good and the location is close to Jatim Park 3 and WESD,We stayed for 2 nights here, for that price it was good with all the complete facilities.Room 2 has complete facilities, clean and has an extra bed. We are aiming for 4 adults, 3 children enough to be accommodated here, clean water is provided smoothly, kitchen equipment is complete and there is a rice cooker, refrigerator and water dispenser plus a full gallon, fan, TV plus you can do karaoke for those who like it, you can get instant noodles, coffee, tea, sugar. .....convenient location, and the car park is not too narrow, just right for an Innova car...for food that often passes in front of the villa, there are Malang meatballs at a price of IDR 12,500 per portion with a delicious taste...hahahahaThe minus and it could be an improvement for the manager is that the refrigerator seems to be damaged, because the refrigerator part is not cold (we used the freezer part to use the refrigerator function (thankfully it works), there are more electricity sockets in the kitchen and near the refrigerator and dispensers because there is only 1 socket) plus the dining chairs It's already leaking (we didn't use it because we were worried it would collapse). Hopefully it can be repaired soon.Overall, highly recommended if anyone is looking for a comfortable and cheap villa...

Villa close to JTP3. It's just a shame because the house is old and lacks maintenance, so it looks a bit dirty.Even though the house is spacious and provided with 3 mattresses, there is WiFi, Indomie and Aqua Gallon as well as karaoke and Netflix too.At night there is only 1 gate so it is safe. The area is quiet because there are many villas for rent there.

Great, comfortable place, 5 people stayed here, given an extra bed. Near tourist attractions and easy to go anywhere. There is a home theater too, so you can relax while doing karaoke. There is a water heater too. A room without AC is already cool, but if you add a fan it will be better. It's really worth it to stay here.
