perhaps if given a perfect score, it would be considered excessive.but that's my experience staying at this guest house.Almost nothing can be found that has a minus value here.1. Very strategic location (flanked by Batu Square & Lippo Plaza)2. Cheap prices, room quality can really be compared to hotels with rates under 1,500,0003. Cute children's swimming pool, like an oasis in the Middle East4. Spacious rooms, cheap extra beds. unique room design, clean bathroom.5. You have a smart TV, you can use YouTube and even Netflix, you already have an account from the guest house6. Al-Quran & prayer mats are provided in the room, but I prefer to pray in the prayer room.7. On each floor there is a bottom loading dispenser, so you can refill water at any time from the glass bottles provided in each room8. Just cross the road, there is a restaurant open from 6.30 am9. Cute Turkish interior design10. The bathroom is clean, the shower flows fast with hot water

The guest house feels like a cool hotel, located in the middle of Batu city, only 700 meters from Batu city square.Positive:1. The guest house is aesthetic and clean, at every point there is a photo spot for those who like taking photos2. The staff were friendly and very helpful, check in was smooth, very smooth even because it was only 11am that early check in was allowed because we saw we were motorbikes and carrying quite a lot of stuff (so we could rest, said the staff)3. The room is fragrant, quite spacious, the AC is cold, the TV connects to the Internet, you can watch Netflix for free using your hotel account (satisfy the viewing poll)4. The toilet is clean, smells good, the shower and toilet function well. 2 towels, soap, shampoo and set of amenities prepared by GH5. Sleep really peacefully, really soundly6. Al-Qur'an and prayer mats are provided, the Qibla direction is clear, very helpful for travelers7. Right in front of GH, there is Kopi Baturono, an aesthetic cafe with affordable food and drinksMinuses:1. There is no elevator, there are 3 floors in this GH, it seems there is no access for those using wheelchairs2. There are still hair residues from previous visitors when they first entered the room, only hair remains on the floor of the room, but it's okay as long as everything else is clean3. There are no breakfast packages at GH, so you have to find your own breakfast, but it's safe because there are few out there, lots of people selling food and drinks4. Parking is actually spacious, only limited for motorbikes, but it's safe to arrange it later with the staff thereOverall it is very pleasant here, for a price of around 300 thousand you can get very good facilities.Thank you Bayleaf Guest house
