We stayed overnight and ordered via the application in a standard room, when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist said it was sold out even though the application and the running text in front of the hotel were still ready. Must upgrade to deluxe. We checked in 1 hour early and the receptionist asked for an extra fee, the amount of which was adjusted to the upgraded room. The extra fee for early check-in must be in cash and there is no proof of payment. This policy is not written on the app or at the hotel. Please improve the policy so as not to disappoint guests

Cheap hotel but worth it, the food is delicious

Every time we go to Malang/Batu, my husband and I always choose to stay at Briggs Inn Batu... apart from being a comfortable place with affordable prices, this place is also very strategic and close to tourist attractions...1. Receptionist: very friendly and informative to every guest2. Cleanliness: all of the rooms we stayed in were clean and smelled good3. Bathroom amenities: soap & shampoo available in the bathroom. Towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs and hair covers are provided on the bed4. Room service amenities: in the room we stayed in there was a large mirror, hotel slippers (it seems you can't take them home), TV, telephone, mug, coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee, tea, etc...5. Balcony: some rooms have mini balconies/small terraces that can be used for coffee/tea, although the view is only the wall in the first floor rooms, but it's okay, suitable for chatting with your partner.6. Parking: parking may not be as large as other accommodation, enough for several cars at the front7. Food: we haven't tried the food because it's culinary outside, next time we'll try the food8. Drinking water: a dispenser is provided outside, the receptionist will tell you where it is9. Deposit: each guest can leave their KTP/deposit with the receptionist, it's easy and hassle-free10. Water heater: running well and without interruption, considering that the fairly cold air in Batu city is very suitable.Thank you Briggs Inn Batu for always giving me a pleasant impression during my stay there. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

First experience staying at Briggs Inn Batu.+ = 1. strategic location on the side of the main road2. Warm water runs smoothly3. Friendly staff4. Breakfast is delicious. With lots of menu choices.5. Affordable price- = 1. Room cleanliness is lacking. Lots of ants in kmr. On tables and even on the bed.2. Lots of stains on the sheets. The color of the sheets is dirty. Like it hasn't been replaced in a long time. The blanket also looks like it has lots of stains. Dirty and shabby3. Coincidentally, I took a KMR that was a local type. KMR is located on the 3rd floor. The upper kmr position should be equipped with additional AC. Because it feels very hot and stuffy. Doesn't get air circulation from anywhere. Including the AC below
