The location is on the edge of Jalan Ry. If you want to find food, there are lots of them around the guest house, the rooms are quite spacious, the facilities are satisfactory, they are equipped with a smart TV, and there is air conditioning... basically the kids like staying at MITRA GUEST HOUSE SYARIAH

Came here because the regular guest houses in Batu and Malang were full. Understandably, the order was right at the end of the long week. You can get a guest house partner which is located on the side of a big and busy road, the Batu-Malang route.. To the left of the souvenir center, to the right of the guest house there are lots of food stalls and street vendors, chicken satay, soto rawon stalls, Wonogiri chicken noodles,Family room on the 2nd floor, card use, fragrant room, 1 single bed and 1 double bed, suitable for 3 people. There are prayer mats available, 3 towels, 3 bottles of mineral water, loud AC, live TV for YouTube, fast Wifi, no toothpaste available, water flows smoothly hot and cold, no water heater kettle but there is a cafe downstairs where you can order coffee and noodles , and other snacks.The receptionist was friendly, brought the suitcase to the room. I ordered on the long weekend and got the price of 600 thousand. I don't know what the price is on weekdays. Room cleanliness needs to be improved, in the corners of the room you can still find dust and dirt that hasn't been swept away.

Even the plaster-style walls weren't painted or that's the case. Check the bathroom first. When you go there, it smells a bit bad.

Stayed here 2 nights, the room was clean, the facilities were okay, only the bathroom was a bit smelly, everything was good for the AC, TV, the location was on the side of the road, close to access to Jatim Park 123, BNS Alun "Kota Batu, if I came back to Batu, I would stay here again

The place is on the side of the main road, the room is really nice, the mattress is big, there is a plug next to the mattress, the bathroom has a water heater, there are table chairs and clothes hangers, you can also watch TV, connect to Netflix again, the AC is really cold, you can get a really cheap price only 338k for 2 days, I stayed on May 28 2023, the place was clean too, there was room to relax in the front room, overall ok, can repeat again when I go to Batu, location near Jatimpark 2 and 3

The location is very strategic, unfortunately the bathroom has many minuses. The sink pipe is leaking, lots of cobwebs, can't get a toothbrush + toothpaste. Luckily I brought my own. The bathroom has no mirror
