Lack :- Rooms are hot, stuffy and airtight (no air conditioning) so it's difficult for children to fall asleep as well as adults(AC should be added because the room is not cold at all like a sauna)- Incidentally sleeping in the room under the water reservoir at night was very noisy- The mic for karaoke was damaged 1 🤐- The stairs have a hole that is dangerous for children to fall into if they are not supervised- Residents' houses can be seen and you can directly see the contents of the villa- Small parking entrance- checking out and waiting for the deposit took a really long time- Many Rules- BBQ must be in the basement / outside the villa- The slide mattress has a hole big enough so that children can fall under the bedExcess :- Nice modern villa- Pool is ok although the water is cold and afterCheck in can only be used St 4 pm- Complete Utensils

lack:- too many rules.- When you first enter, you are asked to deposit 500k and sign an agreement and give a price list of wow prices.- The stairs are quite high, not suitable if there are families who have difficulty climbing stairs.- The only thing that is ours is the top floor, the bottom floor is the staff rest room and parking.- The employees are quite helpful, only the rules make the employees not helpful.- we asked for an extra blanket, it was not allowed due to management regulations.- BBQs are not allowed on the rooftop, they can only be in the parking lot, making the upstairs rooms full of smoke.excess:- clean and comfortable place- quite complete equipment- the location area is not noisy.- close to tourist attractions- quite friendly staff.Overall, not satisfied because there are too many rules. Maybe there won't be a next time. 3 stars first.

Mas and Sis were polite when we said goodbye to their checkout, Salim said to the older ones, you know, when we got to the car, I told them that this was the first time we were staying at Villa Batu, Bali, the employees were as polite as they are. We stayed for 2 days.

Be careful if you stay here. The swan tire in the leaking pool had to be replaced at 400 thousand, where the market price on shopee was 200 thousand. If there is damage, we have to replace it, no problem, but at a REASONABLE price. But why is this an opportunity to take advantage?

A very good place to spend holiday time with family, the villa is very clean, all the equipment is available, however when we first arrived the villa guard said that there were several items/equipment that were in very fragile condition so we were required to be very careful in our activities. Regarding checkout at this villa there is no leeway at all, at 12 noon you have to be out no matter what.4/5

Accused of destroying the tissue box and told to pay 75 thousand??? Does that make sense or not??? Even though it wasn't shown from the start that the tissue box was damaged or not just because the staff checked it beforehand? hello, can we open tissue holders one by one in each area? Very unreasonable. It really doesn't make sense.. Beware of this place
