Unsatisfactory service!!! Ordered on the application for 2 children and 2 adults using a big bad... For children, they were told to add another 100 thousand bad... the place smells like dogs... the sound of dogs is really annoying, there are no cutlery, plates or anything like that in the Agoda caption ... Dirty ... smelly bathroom ... The blanket is dirty, bad, uncomfortable

Stayed just one night, really disappointed... dirty place, smell of dog feces, owner's dog barking...Basically, NOT recommended. yeah guys....I really regret staying here...It's just nice to be near places of worship and the food in front of the hotel is delicious and cheap...

The room smells musty, the sheets are really dirty, the bathroom is small, the water isn't hot either, there's a dog so it disturbs your rest time yesterday check in at 8pm check out at 12pm so it's not comfortable

At first I was afraid because I saw that the reviews weren't enough, but I just kept thinking positively and gave in, but it turned out, thank God, there was nothing wrong, the guys were nice, friendly... I even went up to the rooftop to see the view, at night the dog only barked 1/2 a time. Opposite there is a prayer room and people selling food so it's safe. The only downside is that I couldn't get toothpaste, the bathroom was a bit slippery and the door handle was a bit damaged but it could be locked.💛

The pet smell is annoying... especially since there's so much of it... I hope it can be taken into consideration... and the door handle of the room is broken, the towels are moldy, a lot of furniture needs to be replaced...

I planned to stay here because it was cheap and I wanted to spend a fairly long holiday, when I just arrived, the setting was already UNCONSCIOUS because there was a lot of weeds that weren't cleaned up and a lot of unused items so it was LIKE A WAREHOUSE (REALLY RUSH). I still thought positively that the room wasn't that bad, it turned out I was given a room downstairs (near the service area, near the parking lot). Told which room to choose, looking around, no one was interested but finally chose the one in the corner. When I wanted to enter the room, it STINKED REALLY, either because it was damp or because it was DIRTY and hadn't been cleaned. When I looked at the pillowcase... LOTS OF MUSHROOMS. Look at the floor.... LOTS OF CRUST. When I opened the bathroom, I was even more SHOCKED because the ROOF WAS BROKEN, MOLD, REALLY NOT PROPER. 2 Nights I paid 360 thousand, really wasting my money and time to come here. DON'T COME HERE, IT'S VERY HORROR, DIRTY, DREAM. If I could give 0 stars, I would give 0 stars, this is all an honest review from me who is VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, please have proof that it's not all bullshit. Luckily I had work that required me to go out of town so we came in less than an hour and checked out, while we were on the road we just saw the review... until someone was in a trance😭😭 bnrbnr 0 really. Don't waste your money, really skip this hotel.

It's really dirty, there's still a lot of trash from other people's drinking that hasn't been cleaned, the pillowcases are badly moldy, the blankets are really dirty, there's lots of white stains, the curtains are torn, like they haven't been maintained, the floor is slippery and dirty. Warm water doesn't work at all, I've complained 5 times, there are lots of reasons why it says it can but in fact it can't. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

The place is very dirty, the sheets have blood, the pillowcases are moldy. The TV can't get the AC to be cold. The crew is also evil. All 1 stars👎🏻

i did the review at the agent application as well where i did paid the room.the one good thing about this place is only the location, I found the great fried rice and chicken lalapan.The room, prices and services are suck! prices compare with the bed, room, services, feels like they rob me!!!The pictures they had on the application are so not up to date!!!i would give zero star if i can.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
