Management is unclear, especially the Instagram admin. Starting from asking the price for April 12-14 2024, the answer was that they had not yet determined the price, asked to contact the end of February. Ask about the facilities and ask for a flyer, there are none. Asked if it was possible for around 30 people, the answer was over, only 20+4 available, but continued by saying "just look for a bigger one, it's a shame if it saves a lot". The chat was deleted and replaced with "it's a pity if you want to have fun but don't feel comfortable". BTW, last year's Eid, our extended family stayed at LUXURIOUS VILLA 3D2N 40 pax, only consumed once, cooked by yourself, the rest was catered by the villa's recommendations. This year only half the family can attend, so look for something smaller, not more economical or more uncomfortable. Is this admin digressing or what not? Is it appropriate to reply to prospective customers like this? FYI, villas that are smaller, of the same type and bigger, even much bigger than this villa, are already fully booked for Eid, so if you haven't given a price here, that means it's not clear, right? Sorry!

The place where my husband stayed because there was an event.The place is very spacious, 5 stars so in terms of price, service and location there is no doubt about it.This hotel is an old hotel but is still busy and well maintained. Many employees, including security guards, receptionists and other employees, are friendly.The facilities are also complete, tsk for outbound events.The location is very close to East Java Park 1.

The place is very nice...the corridors are poorly lit....women get scared because it feels scary....the room has a musty smell maybe because it hasn't been used for a long time.... overall good
