Good service attitude, big room and comfortable environment. Close to ijen volcano and you can book driver to different area such as national park. Price is affordable and there hotel front office can speak English and communicate with us very well.

The pool is nice. Unfortunately, there are some parts that are not clean so they look disgusting. I'm afraid the child can't take a bath." His body will itch.Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the pool in the future

Quite a good hotel, views of rice fields and mountains. The facilities are quite complete, there are lots of swimming pools and there are ATV rides and jogging tracks. the room is spacious, clean, only in the room I stayed in the shower and sink water drainage was not running smoothly (this was conveyed to the room cleaning staff but there was still no change).. for breakfast the taste of the food was quite good but the menu didn't change on days 1 and 2 both the side dishes and the cake (so we felt like yesterday's breakfast).. it should benot the same menu on consecutive days... overall this hotel is very good. Especially suitable for those bringing children and families

Came here yesterday when I was heavily pregnant.We were given our own end room even though it was the same price. Ask nicely to ask to change rooms even though it's quiet at that time. But it said fully booked. You can't see the view from the room, you can see the front wall. From the lobby to the far room. There was no initiative to deliver it to the room. As for food, you can do all kinds... The pool for children is fun. But once again it's a shame to just get a room and a receptionist.

Grand Harvest Resort is cool and comfortable. Kids friendly, lots of playgrounds, lots of swimming pools for kids. My child really likes staying here. The staff is also very friendly. The food portions are large and taste delicious. Next, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Grand Harvest.

Never stayed here. Just swimming and walking around the resort. The swimming rate is relatively cheap, 25k. The pool is very large with beautiful natural views. There is a safe children's pool and bathrooms for a clean rinse.

Even though the location is a bit far, it is really worth it for a family holiday... the land is really spacious, there is a pool for children, an adult pool, there are ATVs, and a large field for camping together... the price is also cheap for a 4 star hotel of this size... the view is great also good, the atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is spacious

The hotel consists of very large grounds in a wonderfully quiet area. Rooms were clean, beds very good. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff was very friendly. Security is available 24/7.ย โฆ

Came here because there was an agenda for activities in the meeting room (main hall).The hotel environment is comfortableJust yesterday when using the LCD Projector, it sometimes turned on, sometimes turned off (unstable).It's a little annoying... because it's an important event & there are lots of participantsShould try it first.
