Alhamdulillah, first time staying at Griya Mulya, who initially arrived at MLM empty-handed and couldn't find a place to stop. After random Googling, Alhamdulillah, I fell in love with this place which is located not far from the City Center/Alun² Batu. Recommended, you can repeat it again if you go to Batu.Especially the plus points include:- Location not far from the city center, comfortable, calm and cool environment- The employees are all friendly, from the one on duty morning - night, the cleaning department too, everything is good- Clean rooms, TV facilities are also for entertainment, especially a clean bathroom which is most important and hot water is available- The front view of the room looks like a mountain which is immediately pleasing to the eye, there are 2 chairs and a table to enjoy it- Prices are also affordable according to the facilities availableHopefully all the Griya Mulya teams will always run smoothly, Alhamdulillah, it was a very satisfying two days for the family to stay here.

Have stayed 3x and feel satisfied, can add an extra bed at an affordable price. The price per night for a deluxe + extrabed room is not up to 300,000 because there are 4 of us with children and we get a private hot and cold bathroom, towels and mineral water but no breakfast. In the same area there is also a canteen where food prices are affordable from morning to evening so for breakfast just order from the canteen. Grab/Gojek online motorcycle taxis are also easy to get anywhere and can order food online. Friendly service. Hopefully there will be air-conditioned rooms and there will be motorbike or bicycle rental near Griya Mulya so it's convenient, for example if you want to walk around the gardens around Griya Mulya yourself. The location is quite close to Batu squareThe place is quiet, cool and quite comfortableIt's just that when I came here the hot water in the room couldn't be used, I complained three times to the duty officer but it still didn't work.Order at RedDoorz for 26-27 August, there is cash for operations of 15 thousandBecause yesterday, August 23-24, I also booked but the date was wrong, so the operating money was free, said Ms.The room is cool, clean, comfortable, available bath towels, 2 bottles of drinking water, fan, digital TV, large mirror and liquid bath soap, no hot water dispenser.In front of the room there is a balcony with 2 chairs and 1 table which is good for hanging out.Yesterday I got to the top floor, the floor was a little noisy if someone was walking and heard it, let alone bringing children running around 😌The food at the cafe is delicious 👍, the prices are pocket friendly, the portions are large, it's better to buy food there rather than gofood, right...Overall okay, that's the only thing you need to pay attention to regarding the room facilities...Happy and really worth it with the application price of 150 thousand, even though you get 15 thousand in cash, it's not a problem because it's that cheap for a comfortable room...

Overall cheap, safe, very comfortable and clean. Just a tip, if you want to order (I happened to order using RedDoorz) try checking again to see how many rooms there are for people. The problem is that when the three of me went there, the three of us were required to rent 1 more bed (it seems from the accommodation policy that only 2 people per room), so if you want to book a room, don't forget to be careful.Then just a suggestion, maybe the gardens could be maintained more neatly. Oh yes, breakfast isn't included here, so you have to buy it (there is a canteen). The canteen is really comfortable, it's aesthetically pleasing inside. Basically recommended for low budget 😁👍
